Dio Donner is the CEO of ThunderTech industries, the leading weapons and aeronautics corporation of Terra. Now that the human race is in the space age again with the intergalactic community, under his personal supervision, he requires a more exotic aquarium...
This takes place in the RMNverse

Request Time is the game where you request it, and I draw it. Simple really! I'm going to keep this one small. Two reasons... The topic is kinda dumb/limited, and this is me just getting back into the swing of drawing after a giant comicbook project.

Request Rules:
You are making up alien fish for an aquarium scene at the end of this mini-event. There's no achievements, but you do get to see a fish at the end. Fancy, eh?

1. Name of Aquatic Species
2. Planet of Origin (or otherwise origin!)
3. Brief (not overly complex/convoluted) description of species. Please include specific colors or color example links to help me out. Or reference photos of other fish if you have something specific in mind.
4. Describe the natural life cycle or survival habits of your fish. Is it predator? Does it feed off coral?

The aquarium and all your entries will also be added to the RMNverse.

1. Horned Goat Weedfish
2. Came from planet of Foro
3. Light red fish; almost to the point of being pink. Large antler on the front of its face and a small horn just below it. Large fins but small body, agile swimmer.
4. After reaching the age of 20 it becomes female. Has no reason to hide as it intimidates and attracts mates with its horn. Bigger is better, it is also a very aggressive herbivore. It loves sea waffles.
1. Swordfish
2. Came from Mars
3. Bright red fish, upper part of the body is darker than the lower part; with a bit of white-specks on its head. Large body but has small fins. Something like this.
4. It reaches maturity in a short 4~5 years, and can be very aggressive and intimidating during that time. Unfortunately, it has a short life span and could only live up to 9 years. It's a predator and uses its 'sword' to injure its prey. It eats other smaller fish.
1. Nudicronus
2. Came from planet of Magiel
3. Based on a cone shellfish, Lionfish and Flabellina pedata.
4. A snail-like fish that can shoot poisonous darts to any trespasser. This fish is actually a scavenger.

1.Dojaji
2. Spektra, the "Rainbow Planet"
3. About five pounds. Looks like a very-oversized goldfish in shape. Body is covered in scales of different colors, some luminescent, some just look like mirrors. Above all, the body is designed to make others "look" at it. (feel free to take creative liberties!!)
4. The Dojaji does not feed in the way most animals do. Like every other inhabitant of Spektra, the Dojaji's life is fueled by *attention.* As long as others are paying attention to it, it will live and thrive. Over time, due to environmental hazards and age, a Dojaji's beautiful body will become weathered, which in turn will decrease the amount of attention it gets. (On it's home planet, anyway. The inhabitants of Spektra are only interested in that which glitters and glistens) Although its body will change for the worse as it grows older, a Dojaji can only die from a total lack of attention, which becomes increasingly likely as time goes on.
A Dojaji reaches maturity within one year. Theoretically, a dojaji that is always being given attention will live forever.

sorry i kind of got abstract here
Argh you really wrote it!! :( Now to get YM and the others....
1. Estor Mafaldiu (commonly known as the Dying-sun/star fish)
2. Not a planetary fish, it inhabits the corona of dying suns.
3. Black, with white-silver-blue (youth), red (all shades)(mid-years) and gold (ancient) speckling, with a long, ribbony tail; they're often mistaken for bits of stardust and hard to spot. They're very slim and easily camouflage into their habitat.
4. As a space creature, they do not require oxygen to live and as such they can live to a very old age. They feed on the sunlight itself and schools have been observed to swarm around areas where sun flares are prevalent. Scientists often argue as to whether they are the cause of a dying star or if they merely flock to them for some reason, as the closer a sun is to dying, the more there tend to be.
They have no natural enemies or prey, no known diseases or illnesses and are practically immortal when left in the wild. They are very fast, very slim and very hard to catch. The few that have been caught and experimented on offer no real insights as to their creation or breeding habits. Those in captivity need to be very well taken care of and kept under extreme solar rays at all times, making them infeasible as pets despite their beauty. If taken out of solar rays their speckling fades away and the fish will die within the hour.
There is speculation that when a sun explodes or dies out completely, they gather as much solar energy as possible so as to travel to the next dying sun, though no proof exists of this bar a few unconfirmed sightings of schools swimming through the dead of space.
The lifespan of each fish seems to depend on the amount of solar energy they've infused or 'eaten' instead of actual time spent living. Some who were tagged around the same time - males and females, mid-aged and youths - show that this is so, with the progression being white/blue/silver to various shades of red to gold. One example was from an experiment where two fish were tagged - one mid-aged (red-speckled) male and one youthful female (white and blue speckling.) A year later they were recalled - the male was still mid-aged whilst the female had proceeded to gold speckling. There is no record of the colours going backwards or of either gender being different.
No known recipes.

Professor Ernest Davicles was a Marine Biologist and lead researcher of the Atargatian Seas on the aquatic planet Atargatis. His studies were fundamental in the understanding of Atargatians selection-breeding techniques and the many creatures they spawned. He was thought to have been killed in the 'North Pole Base Incident.' However, a creature with the upper body of a shark and the lower body of a human later arrived at the Battledome calling himself Ernest Davicles and claiming to have transcended his human body and changed into a new, perfect form. He claims to have discovered, deep under the oceans of Atargatis, the secrets that allowed his body to undergo such an amazing transformation, though he refuses to share exactly what happened.

Now Davicles plans to create an entire race of half-human, half-shark creatures, which he calls Dukes, and is asking to be given use of a section of Dio Donner's aquarium in order to perform his experiments.

The sharks of Atargatis are generally similar to those of Earth, but grow to be much larger, and come in wider a variety of colors. Like their relatives on Earth, these sharks are vicious carnivores, a trait which will be shared by the Dukes. Davicles himself has the ability to breathe both under and above water, and plans to give this same capability to his hybrid creations. Davicles plans to combine different types of sharks from Atargatis with different builds of humans to determine the best combinations. Davicles's highest priority is ensuring that mating is possible, so that Dukes can continue to exist into the distant future, but for the sake of Donner's aquarium is also placing a high priority on aesthetic appeal, using only the most attractive specimens of both component species.

Lockez do you want the Dukes or the Atargatian sharks?
1. Beholderfish

2. Human brains

3. An eye with a jagged abdomen and trailing appendages. The eye itself is about half the fish's total mass; its body is a matte white in color, the iris a deep cobalt. The pupil is black and opaque, but it opens in a horizontal split to reveal hundreds of tiny, prehensile and sharp teeth.

Its abdomen is a sort of carapace, sectioned in thick, rounded scales, and at its end, seven long, beet red tentacles tail outward, each the length of the creature's body and all tipped with a hooklike crimson barb.

4. Beholderfish live in human brains, become active when met with constant electromagnetic interference (commonly from wireless adapters) and feed off of brain tissue and lymphatic fluid. They seldom grow larger than a millimeter in length, but can thrive in great numbers for years at a time.

Their presence causes a number of subtle, outwardly benign effects on their hosts -- these range from depletion of mental presence, lapses in judgment, numbing of activity in the prefrontal cortex and lethargy. Extreme cases of beholderfish infestation can cause sociopathy, periodic hyperventilation, rage and a firmer need for fantasy and fake influence over others.
1. Oshun

2. Planet Pixel

3. Oshuns have very distinctive looks from other Pixel's aquatic species. They have very large jaws capable of devouring any edible objects. Despite this feature they have rather kind and happy, yet hungry features.

Oshuns have excellent camouflage in aquatic environment, as they come in colors varying from turquose to darker blue. It is not confirmed, if they can change their color according to environment or whether the color is specific for the individual. Oshun fins are large to give the species balance despite their large jaws. The fins are usually partially colored red and otherwise blend with the rest of the colors of an oshun.

Male oshuns have also 3 antennaes near the back of their head that hold a bait that often looks like a small snack on their tip. Baits resembling olives, chocolates or pasta have been sighted in past.

4. Oshun is a rare species that was encountered soon after inhabiting Planet Pixel. It has extreme appetite and little edible material has been reported to not suit their diet. The species usually dwells in deepest of Oceans, but can be surprisingly found in strange places, as fridges or among food in storage, as long as there is water nearby.

It is suspected that the oshuns end up in such places through water circulating cooling system popular in Pixel. The individuals usually flop vigorously back to water after feeding. While oshuns are harmless to humanoids, the species is probably the most dangerous of the sandwich predators known to date and it is estimated that sandwiches would be driven extinct, were the oshun population to double.

1. Silverfish

2. Planet HH-1739-X

3. Silverfish are a highly evolved form of aquatic creatures. They are white with silver stripes, and emit a very vibrant "glow" around their bodies. Their most distinct features are "tendrils" of energy spawning from the side of their bodies. Some call these extensions "wings". They use their wings to "purify" the water around them, and absorb the energy of the molecules in the process.
They are moderate in size, roughly the size of a big terran house cat.
The most notable feature of this species is, however, that they have started to develop "sentience"!

4. Thanks to the previously mentioned molecule absortion process, Silverfish need not prey upon any other species, and maintain a fairly high chance of survival.
They are known to use their tendrils to repel attackers (not always succesfully, but hey!). Silverfish live in average about 25 terran years.

The Dukes. I just described the sharks because I figured that would help influence how the Dukes looked.

1. Lellomary
2. Warped in from a parallel galaxy, where fish hunt humans for sport and deliciousness. He is a noble of his kingdom, very high-class. Thus he will wear a monocle on occasion.
3. Coral teal body with sparse deep navy stripings. Tinges of green spots around the neck and chin, and one spot on his eye resembling a monocle. He's stately, you know. He has spikes like a Zeus Faber a.k.a John Dory, but his fins extend out almost like wings, as if he was made to fly in air rather than water. Also, he is very long and slender, and kind of suspicious-looking. But underneath the tough exterior, he's actually a nice guy.

4. Feeds on small fish, sardines, sprats and assouses. As well as human flesh. Very agile, with the appearance of strength, but will get wasted if he tries to pick a fight with a snapper.

This isn't as interesting as some of the other RMNverse stuff, but the sharkdudes and the eyeballfish are pretty fantastic.
