I'm working on a game with RPG Maker XP and I've been working on it solo for a long while and I have need to get some other people involved to see what people think of the project and get some other hands and minds working on the various areas of production.
My skills are mainly as a writer and idea person, though I'm pretty good at mapping and overall project design. I need help with the following areas:
1) Integrating Blizz ABS fully into the engine
2) Making Custom Sprites for NPC, and Enemy Classes including Blizz ABS action sprites with Weapons and Projectiles
3) Making some custom Tilesets in the future to give the game its own unique atmosphere
4) Making title screens for a unique 'chapter by chapter' feel for the narrative
5) Composing original music or matching appropriate royalty free music to fit areas and characters in game
I have a lot of the story and background work done, and I am working right now toward the goal of putting together a demo, but it'll take most of the elements from the list above to get there. If you're interested in joining the team, PM me and we can discuss the project further. For now you can check out the game's profile on RMN, or visit the tumblr where I post random stuff related to the project.

Unfortunately, the skills you bring to the table are the least useful and the least valued, compared to the highly valuable skills you are seeking. However, in spite of that, you may get lucky. Some people have. Others had to complete their first few games completely solo before getting offers of help.
On the other hand, your avatar is amazingly creepy, so good job with that. Reminds me of Ichi the Killer.
On an unrelated note, I strongly dislike the name of your game. Entirely too many Xs, even if it's only one too many.
On another unrelated note, why XP? Why not upgrade to VX or Ace at this early stage in the project? (I assume it's at a relatively early stage because you're in recruitment.)

Well, first off, I should probably change my avatar. But I won't. Or maybe I will. It's pretty creepy. (just changed it) this is what it was for the insatiably curious: http://www.theneonheart.com/images/velvetglove.jpg
As far as skills, I think if people take the time to explore what I'm working on, they will become excited about this particular project. Yes, this is my first project, but I'm very committed to it, and am putting in a ton of work on it.
The name of the game, well, it works for me.
And as far as XP. From what I have seen of VX and Ace, I think they have a lot less appeal for the type of style I'm going for. They are too cutesy/cartoony and I chose XP before VX Ace came out, and haven't looked into Ace much, but it looks like more of the same. I chose XP over VX also because I am using a lot of different tilesets. And I have a lot more mapping done than you might think.
Check out the custom mapping I did for the San Francisco Haight-Ashbury District It's not a finished product, but I don't think that kind of customization is possible in VX.
