WTF YOUTUBE!? WHY!?! ;_;

So yeah, if you can't guess it, this WAS my account...and I got this without any reasons nor warnings as to why I got suspended in my email. I was just watching Raocow's latest video, finished that, and then this happens. Whenever I tried to Sign In, I got a Verify account thing, which I had someone help me with (thank them for their help...), and already sent a contact thing through the next part after that. I don't know how else to contact them as I've never done so, and I can't even make a new account now...

I'm honestly miffed about this whole thing and not sure what the hell to do. I've been on there for 3-4 years and have uploaded roughly 3000 videos, and not once have I ever got any warnings or whatnot about anything I've done. I just...what the hell man...I don't even know anymore... ;_;

Your videos were targeted by a spammer or other miscreant, and were repeatedly flagged as inappropriate or otherwise reported.

Contact Youtube as soon as you can. Google it if you have to.
I already sent them a message via Gmail (when I had to get my account verified, I got a Contact thingie that I sent to them, and also sent a messsage via forums to them). So hopefully I'll get something from it.

Speaking of having to verify my account, this is what I had when I tried to sign in after it started.

"We've detected unusual activity on your account. To immediately restore access to your account, choose how to verify your account."

Which strikes me as odd...considering that I was signed in still so I don't know how THAT was unusual at all...

This happened to Brickroad's account too.
I've lost 3 accounts before ThePyrotheHegdehog, and I knew I kept putting my information in right for each account, but every time after I uploaded about 15 videos, the account might as well be saying 'Fuck You!', and it says I didn't have the right Username or Password, and no matter what I did I couldn't get it to work.
I have no idea who Brickroad is at all (unless it's that person in the link I put earlier?), but it's just...ridiculous. There should be something done about false flagging if this is what this is (which I really do think it is), or at the very least, stop with using bots for this kind of thing as it's too easy to abuse bots and get away with it.

If I do lose this account, I probably wouldn't even make another one, or if I do make a new one I'd probably not have any motivation to upload anything to it because of this. Aside from the 3000 some vids I would be losing, I'd be losing my subscriptions of whom all I don't have memorized, all of the favorites I had, and all of the contacts of whom I don't have memorized as well...;_;
Set all future uploads to private/unlisted.
But wouldn't that kinda kill the point of even uploading the videos then, especially if they're walkthroughs/playthroughs/LPs of games? @_@;;

If they're playthroughs of games you probably got hit by someone trying to stop piracy. After all, gameplaythroughs may as well be excuses not to play a game.
At least that's a good enough excuse to delete you. Youtube wouldn't want a lawsuit.
I got flagged for having footage from my shark diving trip.
The company didn't want me to show sharks being scary, bloodthirsty creatures.
Recently put it public again, haven't heard from them since.
Whatever.
I really don't see how THAT would stop piracy at all (or why it's even considered piracy). From what I understand, gaming companies and such see it as a minor thing and a free advertising for them (that, and good luck finding half of the older games anywhere without paying a pretty penny for em). But I could be wrong on that bit.

I don't know, it's just dumb stuff I think >_>
Calm down. Wait for a response from youtube and see what it is you violated. Be patient. When they reply, contest their claim, but be civil about it.
This sort of shit will upset anybody, but you have to keep your head on straight.
Yeah...I do tend to fly off the handle sometimes when things like this happen. Though I honestly wonder HOW long it'll take before I hear anything. And hopefully I DID send it the right way so...
Soooo yeah. Just got an email from YT and...I don't understand WHAT it's talking about

"Hi there,

Thank you for your email.

This account was found in Violation of TOU #4 Section H:
http://www.youtube.com/t/terms

"You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without
limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that accesses the

servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in
the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, YouTube grants the operators of public
search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site
for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating
publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or

exceptions either generally or in specific cases. You agree not to collect
or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account
names, from the Service, nor to use the communication systems provided by
the Service (e.g., comments, email) for any commercial solicitation
purposes. You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of
the Service with respect to their Content."

The YouTube Team"

So....what is it saying, and how do I appeal THIS? @_@;;

Don't do this right away, and make sure you get more advice and opinions, but you should clearly and calmly state that this action was never taken by you, the user, and that the account may have been compromised.
I asked them if they could clarify what that meant and if it meant if my account somehow got bots or was hijacked (I responded to the email, which I don't know if I was supposed to or not. I haven't done this kind of thing ever so I'm not 100% sure as to what I should be doing @_@;; ).
"(that, and good luck finding half of the older games anywhere without paying a pretty penny for em)"

So you do concede that watching playtroughs is an alternative to buying the actual games, eh? x)

...Anyway, it sounds like it could be just a mistake. Just tell them you don't use bots or spiders or whatever and see how it goes from there.

Edit: I type too slow...
Edit: The thing is that it IS illegal... xD

Whatever as long as it's not illegal.
Sometimes people just can't buy the things, so watching is the next best thing for them (and then maybe later they'll be able to buy em). At least...that's what I think. It's a touchy subject really.

But yeah, here's to hoping that sending it via that email (it was support@youtube.com that was the email, so maybe it's the right place to send it to??)
Are you saying that watching playthroughs is illegal? Or posting them?
I'm not saying either is illegal. I wouldn't see WHY they would be. That is, if that question was towards me at all @_@;
