They grabbed thatbennyguy and lynched him before it was time for lunch!
About Mafia Hammerer:
Special ability:
If a player only needs one more vote to be lynched and the hammerer's vote is not already on the wagon, the hammerer can secretly place the hammering vote by contacting the moderator (me) via PM.
The hammerer's original vote (if any) will be shown where it was. The hammering vote will be attributed in the final vote count simply to "The Hammerer".
If the hammerer's vote is already on the wagon, this hammer ability is not possible.

Town quickly noticed the absence of the old astronomist, for he was amongst the most vocal and respected members of the community.
They went to his observatory to look for him... and found him lying dead on the floor, a dagger impaled in his back, just a few steps away from his giant telescope.
Day 4 has begun. It will end at 11:59PM GMT-4 on Monday 10 (that's in about 50 hours), or when the hammer vote is reached.
With 7 alive, it takes 4 to lynch.

I would like to bring everyone's attention to tbg's ridiculous post:
I'm not sure if he's just plain stupid or what but that was THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING A MAFIA COULD DO. I don't think any mafia in their RIGHT mind would let their partner say such a thing, and here's this:
P much all of adon's posts, and him continually avoiding our questions RE his lynch on chana.
Since 2 of them were revealed to be mafias, I'm clearly certain that either the rest of the team is made up of players that are their first time being mafias or just inexperienced mafias. This would also explain why both of them are just playing so awful.
Now, with adon's alignment revealed, I don't think everyone forgot about gourd defending him early on, yes? Also, since he claimed to be a 'neighbourizer' (which I still think is an unusual role in this game), I am leaning towards ym because for some reason he thinks it's cool to pull me down with him. But IF ym DOES turn out town, then it's likely gourd is mafia. But right now, I've got my eye on someone, namely games, for the posts he made:

Not 'convinced' but tried to put up a vote on the last minute anyways, and keeps on popping out of nowhere (i.e. putting up a vote for MM then -poof-!!), not addressing people's questions and trying to side with cave out of nowhere makes me think he's probably one of the last mafia, either him or those 2.

Not addressing who's questions, what questions? I put up the vote pretty close to see if anyone else would have any other good input since I wasn't quite following why Adon was so suspicious, but a no lynch, which came way too close to happening, would probably have made us lose.
I also didn't get in on the actual lynching vote for thatbennyguy yesterday because the last set of votes didn't happen while I was online.

I also get the feeling that CAVE_DOG_IS_BACK was getting some extra info from his role, and we should read through his recent posts. He was homing in on mafia very well.

Why didn't you post when called out multiple times? It shows youre online but you don't even bother to participate, even on day 2 day 3.
He's an independent. He has no obligation to share either information to both sides. What he wants to do is to avoid being killed, but seeing as the doctor died, he probably felt there's nothing to lose by leading a bandwagon on tbg (which who I assume was the one he was following).

Cave was playing very strongly town. Called out multiple times? I was participating, and have not seen any questions directed towards me that I haven't answered.

And I get the feeling that you are trying to distract away from the fact that Cave could actually see who visited a person at night, via his role as Watcher.

How did I distract it exactly? I never said he couldn't, in fact, I've already stated it previously on top of your previous comments. But the fact that he IS an independent still remains, which you keep missing.
For one, he led the case on lynching both thatbennyguy AND Adon. Not what I would call not trying to not get killed by the Mafia.

Plus, I think we have diverted our attention from Marrend long enough. He's been practically coasting this entire game, only contributing 6 posts in total, none of which had any spectacular charm to them either. I'm not highly convinced that Marrend is a lurking town, I'd rather believe he's mafia who refuses to engage in this sword-to-sword battle.
It seems likely to me that thatbennyguy wasn't calling attention to someone who's in the mafia with this post. I think Marrend's probably clean, also adding on to my theory that somebody active in scumchat would be noticed by Rabitz and get away with posting less in the topic, i.e. not getting these threats of getting mod killed.

Since you're new obviously, he was playing differently in this game. Even some of us could sense he was an independent from the way he spoke. Adon was a goon so maybe the mafia shrugged it off, but what tbg did was just plain stupid, and indi or not SOMEone HAS to lead one on him, just a matter of time. We shouldn't forget the fact that he ALSO led a bandwagon on our cop so that part at least made mafia hold off on killing him.
