Nothing reveals Humanity so well as the games it plays. A game of betrayal, where the most suspicious person is brutally murdered? How savage.

Yeah, I figured I was getting too worked up about something this silly, and that it wouldn't be very beneficial if I started getting angry.
Also, we may differ, but awakening only when gunned for is very suspicious IMO.

GOG and Marrend why do you think YM is town? I'm pretty stuck on thinking he's mafia so I would like to hear the opposite viewpoint.
@Jeroen : no, it would seem GOG has been playing ever since rabitZ called him out :
"Good to hear from you, GOG!
I'm just trying to get people to wake up."(rabitZ)

Well, just reading over what YM said while Gourd's chatting, I not very convinced he's mafia. I'm not reading any slipups of any sort, or seeing any patterns that it looks like he's got more info than your average vanilla towny.
Quoted for convenience, I think this is all of it:

Well, first off YM kept asking me why I chose him to talk to when he was supposedly acting the scummiest in the game. After rabitZ says the QT is a good oppurtunity for us YM says he'll try to get "something" out of it. I say my scum reads and ask if YM would reveal his role. He says he won't and goes back into the spheal of asking me WHY I picked him and if I ever thought he looked scummy. He cooments on one of my scum reads. (This particular one I had been talking about how you seemed suspicious to me) and he said Cave wasn't completely in the clear but that he wasn't sure of me either saying it was one or the other. He addressed my Jeroen scumread and said he isn't sure about it but says Jeroen's definitely a suspect along with Lib and Adon. He also complains about the cop being gone. Then he asks if I can neighborize more than one person. I addressed his concerns about why I picked him: saying everyone makes mistakes and the one he made weren't as big as other people's mistakes this game. And also say I don't think I can have more than one person at a time. rabitZ confirms this.
More coming...

Then Ym interjects and said that he just made a post similiar to that.He also said how he isn't sure what position we'd be in if we lynch wrong again. He also said Jeroen wasn't really blindly following cave and reminded me of how Cave gunned for Ym but Jeroen refused to vote for him for whatever reason. I then ask who YM thinks I should talk to next. He says he thought either me or cave were mafia because Cave seemd so intent on lynching me and YM for protecting me. He then says I should talk to ivoryjones next because she's been so silent.

If you are truly town, then why do you not entertain the possibility of Gourd and YM being scum?
If Gourd and YM are both scum and the whole neighborizor thing is a wild gambit, I'd be fairly amazed (and impressed).
potentially bad reasoning in 90% of mafia games:
That its not a ruse seems fairly plausible to me, looking at this setup I'd doubt that there's only two special town roles. Neighborizor would be a third.

Hmmm... okay, fair enough. It is pretty convincing. It might also be a scum power role with YM being town, though.
If you look at it that way though, that's one of the most sure fonts of information we could have at this point. If we lynch YM, and he turns out mafia, it might be a very wild mafia plan (or, Gourd could be innocent and YM just was scum). If YM does turn out mafia, then who all he told Gourd too talk too after him would be more information to investigate too.
If he turns out innocent, then Gourd is a confirmed innocent townie.
I don't think it's very likely YM is scum, but it'd be a shot at some concrete information.

I totally agree with you on this, you have to know YM is really an expert at being unreadable though, isn't it just a little too perfect?
I mean in the sense that there's absolutely nothing in there that indicates he's mafia but how much is there that indicates he's town?

Okay, Game, your last posts have been town enough to do this:
#Cancel
For now, at least.
YM, unreadable shadow, 50/50
ivory, not as evil as usual, unsure what that means.
chana, not sure.
Marrend, generally lurky, which is behaviour he showed as scum in Higurashi, but I don't know if he has lurked when town.
Gourd, was very suspicious of him at first, less so now due to the neighborizer thing.

About the Watcher:
Each night phase, he could select a player. He would learn the name(s) of the player(s) who targeted that person with an ability (if any).

Okay, so he was like a tracker, only with a target, rather than an actor? We may want to see if he's breadcrumbed anything.
rabitZ, if mafia targeted someone, and CAVE was watching that person, would he see the name of one of the mafia members?

If I were Mafia I wouldn't have dared pull the risky stuff I've tried this time round. I'd go so far as to say me being suspicious at all is evidence enough that I'm not Mafia - there's no reason for me to be careful about what I post.

Yes.

Marrend: I don't think he's done much in this game, apart from a mostly-baseless vote on me. Probably Mafia #3.
GameOverGames: Has also barely posted. Voted for Adon tho.
and with so little information, here comes the conclusion !

Right now, I'm thinking two of ivoryjones, Marrend and GameOverGamesProductions are Mafia members.Pretty clear cut from here on in, IMO, so I'm willing to lynch any of those three.
And :

Seeing as there are already two votes on GoG, though:(and voted GOG)
A little light, no?
