Nothing reveals Humanity so well as the games it plays. A game of betrayal, where the most suspicious person is brutally murdered? How savage.

The 50/50 doesn't mean I'm most suspicious of you, YM. Others are also bordering on those numbers.
author=chanaauthor=YellowMagicand with so little information, here comes the conclusion !
Marrend: I don't think he's done much in this game, apart from a mostly-baseless vote on me. Probably Mafia #3.
GameOverGames: Has also barely posted. Voted for Adon tho.

Right now, I'm thinking two of ivoryjones, Marrend and GameOverGamesProductions are Mafia members.Pretty clear cut from here on in, IMO, so I'm willing to lynch any of those three.
And :

Seeing as there are already two votes on GoG, though:(and voted GOG)
A little light, no?
It's called process of elimination, chana.

I'd go so far as to say me being suspicious at all is evidence enough that I'm not Mafia
A regular paradox, if there's one?!

You can't blame Yellow Magic for being one big paradox. He can't help it XD
Does look like a Mafia band wagon that was trying to be subtle. Plus, combined with Gourd's neighborizor chat, asking YM who to talk to next, we'd get some more concrete evidence from what YM's role turns out to be.
Sounds like you pulled a gamble to me.

If I were Mafia I wouldn't have dared pull the risky stuff I've tried this time round. I'd go so far as to say me being suspicious at all is evidence enough that I'm not Mafia - there's no reason for me to be careful about what I post.
Sounds like you pulled a gamble to me.

Why do you think Marrend is town?
@YM : I see what you're saying by elimination process, except how can you be absolutely sure about the others?
Also :
this constant game about being mafia seems very fishy to me, especially to arrive at the above paradox as a conclusion...
i.e : I agree with GOG.

It's not really a constant game. That's the first time he mentioned it since he started being serious.
The only reasoning I have for Marrend being town is that I'm town, didn't post actively in the discussions in the middle of the day earlier this week, and was constantly threatened with a modkill. Despite, and Marrend were also constantly threatened with a modkill. If things are still done around here how they used to be, rabitZ, the moderator, would also maintain a presence reading scumchat, and get the mafia's decision for who to kill that night and such there. As such, rabitZ would probably actually notice any mafia trying to lurk from their presence in scumchat, and not modkill them in this thread.
It's probably flimsy reasoning, but it's the best I've got to go on, since you can't take lurking by itself as concrete evidence for either alignment.
You might also say, boooh, metagaming to that, but there was already a bunch of metagaming crap earlier in the game. Specifically, Yellow Magic's, Shinnan's, and MirrorMasq's outside of game agreement to all pretend to be mafia this game.

But wouldn't that mean Marrend IS scum?

I mean, Despite was town, and modkilled, yet you and Marrend still walk the planet. With that reasoning, wouldn't that make you both scum?
No, he's been under the public threat of a mod kill from Rabitz for quite some time, then managing a post or two a day. My reasoning is that if Marrend is lurking scum, he'd still be active in scumchat, so Rabitz wouldn't threaten a modkill.

Agree to disagree. I don't think rabitZ wouldn't act like that. He'd be giving away the scumteam. He'd still have to out modkill threats.

Okay, I didn't mean to post a double negative.
I don't think rabitZ would act like that.

Because the other three of you voted on Mafia bandwagons twice. If any of you are Mafia members you are horrible Mafia members.
And that was a joke for Christ's sake.
