CloseLiberty has been promoted from "Secret" Helper to full-fledged staff. She heads up our Australian operations now, too. Like GRS (North American) and Shinan (Euroland), she has full moderator privileges and can lock, warn and move topics yadda yadda yadda.

In other news, Solitayre has also been given moderator privileges, since most people assumed he had them anyway. His primary role is still reviews and articles submission management, though, and he won't get a PM when someone reports a post.
