DOES MY FORMAT IDEA SOUND OK?

Just asking for an opinion on my games format idea. The idea is that the main character is given quests by lets just say a god to keep it simple, and then a choice of quest will be available my game is in chapters so each different quest would result in a different chapter played out.
After there would be no way to replay the chapters you missed and the game and storyline would result in drastic changes each play though and different endings it seems like a big scope for my first real project but i know how to do it and it seems best way for my game thoughts?

It does.., how about starting by figuring out who "the god" is going to be, how he's going to come about?
If you want to have your game replayed (One feature per playthrough), I suggest you make it shorter than regular RPGs. People won't want to play through a long game over again just to get a small feature.
LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

It works I always find myself replaying these kinds of games to get the parts I missed. However, often the parts I missed are so similar gameplay-wise to the parts I played that it ends up really boring. So I'd recommend either making sure the different paths play differently enough to stay at least somewhat interesting, or adding some kind of bonus collection thing to keep the player interested in second playthroughs, or else adding a sort of new game+ mode so that the boring parts can be breezed through at lightning speed. The new game+ mode doesn't necessarily have to let you keep your powers, maybe it just lets you skip the parts that you've done before? Since even in a nonlinear game like this, I'm sure some parts will be done no matter what quests you take
The god character is all sorted i just kept it simple explanation for this topic, the god is actually the game code (its set in a game). I was planning on each chapter to have something unique about it for re playability and to keep the game at a shortish length, but not too short.
