CloseWell im working on my game and it has 2 brothers in it and thought i would spice up my game by having voices in there somewhere.Its going to be young brothers. So any samples would be good. Also POSSIBLY will need 2 guys to do them when they are older. A sample of something like that would be great to! Post your voices and while im in the works i'll be going through them and making my choices!
You might be able to find two younger males on the site to do the voices, but I recommend getting some girls to do voices for children too. A lot of women voice actors can make themselves sound like young boys incredibly well so I wouldn't completely turn them away from the roles.
That said, good luck finding voice actors - they are few and far between. :P

I'd be willing, but you'd have to give me a bit of dialogue to read and some insight to the personality, just so I could pull off an appropriate voice.

Hello TheEndIsNearUs! You have piqued my interest! I was wondering if you could say a line im going to randomly pull off my intro,because im not quite done yet. Haha. I kinda did a cookie cutter intro so i can just get to the meat and potatoes so to speak. :) Oh yes I am also from Texas! What a coinkydink! Ok here are some of the lines I have come up with so far. The scene is their mother just got killed in front of them blah blah. The first brother is kinda lets just say the evil brother.The second one is more the innocent one.
Brother 1(evil one):I swear to you brother,I'll get my revenge for mothers sake!
Brother 2(nice one):What are you going to do brother?
Brother 1(evil one): You will see in time

Eh I have the intro but got so into wanting to start the game i made a cookie cutter one im going to fill in soon.
@Caz hmmm i am not trying to be sexist at all.I could include females. And so I shall. Any female that has a good young boy sounding voice is more than welcome to submit a sample to me. Im also looking for a intro reader. Male or Female welcome.

My voice hasn't quite recovered from me being sick yet, so I sound a bit funny at the moment, but as soon as it's back to normal I'll do a sample recording for you.

This is a good site for recruiting people. And no, you don't need money, if you can promise experience and/or recommendation (you just list them and give them a rating, fairly easy).
Just so you know, 2/3 of all "male" children's voices in Japan are actually played by women. Including Naruto in both America and Japan. Higher vocal range = easier to do child voices. Unless you want a distinctively male voice, just get two women.
Also, holy crap Luke, voice 2 is awesome. That sounded exactly like a young girl's voice. I so want you to voice-act something for me.

Yes I already know that most little boy roles are played by women.And any actors will be credited of course. I know the VA for young Trunks from DBZ in the english version is a woman.Oh and im not looking for anything fancy smancy like this site you speak of. Im not gonna waste peoples time that are trying to be professionals on my amateur work.Im pretty sure that site is more for people trying to get experience in REAL voice acting,but thanks for the suggestion anyway. This is going to be my very first game so its not gonna be anything special. Whether its a good idea to try something like that since its my first game? Dont know but i'll try cus I dont want my game to be boring or sucky either. Im using some pretty advanced stuff to me it is at least, but I'm figuring things out to make my game better.

The cool thing about the site is that if you have the patience (it took about three months to get about nine or so people casted), there are people from stuff you've heard of (one of my actresses was a bit player in in some anime, another was working on a book-on-tape). Then other people you've never heard of.

very good very good the young boy sounds good hmm, but for the guy im looking for thats evil im picturing deep,smooth kinda creepy calm voice.
I gave it my best shot, but I don't think I can pull off that type of voice. My voice is a bit too young-sounding, and it's kind of hard to emote when speaking that deep gdi
