There's really no built-in way to do this. You have to actually know how to edit sound files (which is extremely hard without sounding fake). A far simpler way is to get a talented (usually female) voice actor who can do guy's voices, children's, and a monster's.

Im not into the whole females voicing guys, I played Valkyrie Profile 1 and 2. Well I played 2 first, and the when I heard the main villian, Lezard Valeth's voice I was blown away. It was really awesome how Liam O'brien brought that character to life. Then I played VP1 and well I mean the voice actress did a spectacular job with the female characters, but I didnt really like her portrayal of Lezard Valeth.
But I have seen phones software that can changes a person voice, hell even turn there stuff into beats.
The closest thing to it that I know is Audacity. Try it out, it can clean your sounds with the Noise Removal feature & other awesome stuff, though as BulmaBriefs144 stated, there's no easy, inbuilt way. Though I bet if you search, there are lots of Audacity Tutorias on the net, you might find one that suits your needs...
Also, it's hopeless if there isn't effort of your own. The program, for example, can raise your pitch for you, but the female intonation must be done by YOU.
