WHAT SHOULD I WRITE ABOUT?

I have been feeling like writing a story for weeks now. Haven't ever written a story except for in language classes at school, which was about more then 3 years ago.
I have no idea what to write. I have made games and wrote and composed songs and still writing stories feels like the forbidden turf, I just feel so hesitant.
By the way I prefer the genre, comedy, scifi, romance and phycological thrillers.
And thanks in advance.

How about checking out the Write Off the Bat series for ideas and inspiration? You can find them in the Creative section of the Forums~
I think what you're lacking is inspiration. Why don't you try reading more books and watching more movies?

Write about elderly samurai seagles. Or a Spanish carpenter who gets around via flying hammers. Oh, oh, or even a dude in red looking for the quadforce!
Or something serious, I dunno.

Nothing reveals Humanity so well as the games it plays. A game of betrayal, where the most suspicious person is brutally murdered? How savage.

One cannot write if one does not read.
Grabbing a good 600 page fantasy novel would be a good place to start.
There are many good fantasy books by German authors, you should look for translations of those.
All of this only applies if you wish to write something to go with rpg-making, of course.
