This still isn't quite good enough, but I won't lock it this time so I can try and help you out here.
Do you have any previous experience? If so, show some examples(for reference, you will have a much greater chance of getting help if you have previous projects in your credit). Can you give us a rundown of the game's story/idea? I suggest you make a post or a games section submission and post a link here.
You really need to sell your project. If you don't, people will just assume it is entirely mediocre, because let's admit it, most RM* games are inherently average and devoid of charm and personality. Right now you just seem to assume people will help you because you have a neat features list and have 25 characters - believe me, it's not enough.
SELL us your project. Make us believe in it, and people will be much more apt to join your crew.

Ancient Anthem Storyline
The Realn known as Anthem is in shambles. The Grand Master, ruler of all, has killed Millions, just to get his way. However, even that is not enough for a man like him.
He begins trying to mutate and create new Super-Warriors using DNA from other beings. His first two projects failed while his third escaped on him. He calls out troops to locate these escapees, Rok, Reyrs & Zimashi, and has asked to terminate their existence.
Having had enough, these three join in an alliance, led by Zerua, daughter of the Grand Master himself, Kuladu, a master fencer and Orien, an Vampiric Assassin capable of using Dawn magic. Can these heroes stop the Grand Master and save Anthem's Realms? Only time will tell.
Here are the Areas of Anthem:
Sonata: The land closest to Heaven. This area is the birthplace of Rok, our main protagonist, Aeishi, Rok's Angelic sister and Arayas, the Heaven's Arrow.
Rondo: The land of the Winged Ones. Zimashi, the Mutated Beauty, and Orien, the Holy Vampire, both have origins here
Jazz: The land of Titan. This is the land of Arix, The Grandson of Titan.
Rock: The land of the Awoken. Kuladu, the master fencer, Reyrs, the Werewolf Marksman, Axxion, the Rebel Perfect, all were born here.
Requiem: The land closest to Hell. Zerua, the Lance of Hope, originates here.
