Ok, so i patched my project with dynrpg but i dont know how to apply the plugins?

You have to have a folder titled DynPlugins in your project. Then download any plugin and place the files in there.

really? I tried that with enemy life bar plugin and it didnt work

Probably, you didn't set the health bar plugin's configuration. Take a look at the DynRPG.ini file in the demo and copy the contents to your own DynRPG.ini file and customize them.
