Personally, if the first game were called 381 Undead St., and the sequel were underground, I'd call the sequel Beneath Undead St. If it were set in a mall, I'd call it Undead St. Shopping Plaza. If it were set all across the city as they escaped to the woods, I'd call it Delivery from 381 Undead St. If it were set in a spaceport constructed on an asteroid by moon elves, I'd call it 381 Undead Station. If it were set in a post-post-apocalyptic version of the city after the zombies regained their free will and were reintegrated into society, and was the story of a human man and zombie woman falling in love, I'd call it 381 Shades of Undead St. Etc. You get the idea. The point is that you can worry about making the title for the next game fit that game when you make that game, and no matter how different it is, it'll never be super hard; for now you should worry about making this title fit this game.
But what if the sequel took place..... next door...?

Undead City.
@Corfaisus Yep i don't want to spoil anything just simply asked about what were your thoughts on the small summery of the plot? It will be survival horror game.
@LockeZ Not really a fan of games that change around the title and label it as a sequel i'm more of the person who would just add a number at the end of the
title and then label it as a sequel. Also like to point out when i said being limited by the title i mean no naming it to specific locations take "silent hill"
for example very limited to that one place because silent hill wouldn't be a silent hill game if it wasn't in that location get what i'm saying? Ha How is it
unlikely if ill make another sequel or not? Your probably right i'm trying not to
bite off more than i can chew but what fustrates me while making this game or might even stop me from making it all together is that there's not really enough people who are willing to help with it as far as learning how to do certain things with RMXP plenty of times i went on here and asked for help and got no answers even though over a hundred people actually seen my post .-__-. lol.

close, if you want the unlikely sequel to have that "this was suppose to be a clever play on words" title then it should be called:

38TWO Undead St. - and have the story center around the fact that in 381 Undead st. the main character briefly mentions his neighbor who never left his apartment and leave the door locked/blocked of for this game, then in 38TWO Undead St. you learn about how your neighbor was actually working with the gang originally, had a falling out and went on to create his own super drug that the zombies, who were made from the first drug, are attracted to that causes them to evolve into even stronger zombies.

.....this is what a friday night with nothing to do does to me -___-

p.s - my favorite titles so far are, obviously, 381 Undead St. & "Drugs Are Turning People Into Zombies", it has a honest straight forward feel with just a hint of "dude, where's my car?" vibe to it.

Do you not understand how at least most places in the world number houses that are on the same side of the street? Or did you simply misunderstand the question?

Let's build a mountain!
But srsly, let's not take my horrible joke and make something out of it. I expected 382 too, but Corf is smarter than the average bear.

It will be survival horror game.

Just my two cents : I'll have a hard time taking a survival horror seriously if hip hop is part of the soundtrack. It's bad enough in foreign zombie movies.
Why are people sayings its unlikely if ill make a sequel? You really don't know if i will or not. @Dyhalto It wont be overly done plus the beats ive chosen gives off a creepy vibe so heres an example > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e75hgRDFqXY

Trying to apply the street vibe I picked up on that sample to my creative side resulted in "SicKXFeetUnder". It's vague, applicable to both disease and death, easy to add numbers to, and might look good with the graffiti font you used for your first title screen.

Trying to apply the street vibe I picked up on that sample to my creative side resulted in "SicKXFeetUnder" (pronounced "six feet under"). It's vague, applicable to both disease and death, easy to add numbers to, and might look good with the graffiti font you used for your first title screen.
Now to decide if i should go "onefootunder" than to "twofeetunder" go on from there or "sixfeetunder1" "sixfeetunder2". There could even be a prequel called "sixfeetdeep". Hey guys i got another question to ask how the F do i add a avatar under my name? Ive been trying to figure it out but no dice lol.

Just do SicKXFeetUnder 2 and so on.

To add an avatar under your name, upload a picture that is no larger than 150x150 to your locker and then copy the address to the "Avatar Image" box of your profile. You can reach both of these places by moving your cursor over your screen name at the upperleft corner of the browser window, just to the right of the grey "rmn".

i was actually under the impression that 381 was the apt. number, i was tired and not thinking that deep into the real world aspect.
