Super Metroid does, but it's so short I don't think it counts.
Metroid Fusion has an intro, but it's entirely uncontrollable.
Metroid 2 is like Metroid 1, where you immediately start the game.
If a Metroid game DOES have an intro, it's a short, one time area.

Also, Lost Odyssey, because seriously, high-def Final Fantasy X sounds like a great idea.
I was completely not impressed by anything Nintendo had shown, which sucks, because I'd like to use my Wii for something other than my girlfriend playing bad NES VC games. She insists that Milon's Secret Castle and The Adventures of Lolo are the best games of all time.

Far out. I have never heard of a game being in development for so long. Then again i haven't even heard of Duke Nukem.
