DESIGNS USING THE STANDARD RTP

Hello.
I'm new to RM2k3, but have read extensively on it. I understand that using the standard RTP is something often frowned upon, but as I'm new to the whole process I feel I should experiment with it and use it on my first RPG.
What I'm looking for are ideas for using the standard RTP. Have you come up with any interesting designs using it? If so post screenshots.
Here is my work thus far:
PS: can anyone point me in the direction of any games made using the standard RTP?

You seem to have a pretty solid grasp of how the RTP files fit together, for houses at least. You haven't shown much more than a church and some buildings so I'm not sure how well you'll do with other types of map, but I can say for certain you'll have some bitchin' towns. :P
Three the Hard Way springs to mind as a good 2k3 game to look at, though it isn't exactly renowned as a paragon of mapping aptitude. Hero's Realm is also a good suggestion.

The Realms Shattered is a better game to inspect for RTP usage.
Tales from Zilmurik is also quite excellent.

There's also some obscure game called the Flashbulb Madness, which used RTP edits. And it also had its own custom menu and battle system.
Don't know if it's in the Rare RPG Maker games topic, though.

On a lark, I decided to screenshot a ton of locales from Hero's Realm and add them to the gameprofile for your reference. http://rpgmaker.net/games/82/images/

Thank you very much!
And thanks to everyone else for the game suggestions.
Some other things I've been working on today:
Are there any chipsets floating around that people have made that compliment the classic RTP set?

I've mostly worked with the basic RM2K RTP in my 2 games, but I did some edits as well to get some unique stuff while staying true to the RTP style. Not whole chipsets, but replacing some parts of it.
the problem with mixing 2k/3's RTP with most other available graphics is that the colour scheme is much more low-contrast than you'll typically find in original spritework or SNES rips or what have you (I'd go so far as to call it "pastel" in some cases). it's kind of awkwardly made and doesn't look that great so it'll show pretty clearly next to more experienced work.
you're doin p well with it tho so gj
