RPGMAKER 2003 TITLE HELP?

CloseI have recently gotten rpgmaker 2003, have been playing around with it for while and I'm starting to put together a small game for practice. I have made my title screen, it shows up in the database but when I test play it's just a blue background? I think it's the system graphic that's making it that way, I'm just not sure how to fix it. Could anyone help me? Thanks!
do you have the option "show title screen" unchecked? It's at the top-left on the main screen (where you see your map layout, events, etc) sorry if this seems obvious and/or unhelpful
