So apparently NASA (or Virgin Galactic) is willing to take terrible singers with hypogonaidism into space for free. Here's hoping that the Challenger incident repeats. Or the crew ejects him into space and leaves him there.

LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

The Justin Bieber haters have made him 50x more popular and well-known than the Justin Bieber fans. He's going to space and it's your fault, Nightowl. It's your fault.

Shouldn't he be more focused on actually coming up with a good song for once?
Maybe he's going into space to find one.
Calling it now - intergalactic incident forthcoming. For the love of God, I hope they don't let him sing out there. Angry aliens are all we need in the current world climate. >.<;
to tell you the truth, I've always found the haters more annoying than the fans. the fans at least don't usually do their thing in the same places I do my thing.
a couple of times I've wondered who's more devoted

Sorry Justin best song already sung in space. You're too late! Also by an actual astronaut.
As for the trip here's an article with some actual details. Like how NASA isn't involved, its Virgin Galactic. It isn't free either, there's a $250k deposit minimum and it isn't just Beiber but a whole host of celebrities on a trip into space. Article here.

Justin Bieber to blast into space with Virgin Galactic
There is a place where no customs officials will query your monkey, where no neighbours will complain about your driving, where there are no paparazzi to fight with, where your tour bus won't be raided for drugs. And that's where Justin Bieber is going. According to Sir Richard Branson, the singer has signed up for one of his Virgin Galactic commercial space flights.
Bieber and his manager Scooter Braun were revealed to have enrolled with the entrepreneur's programme via the medium of Twitter. "'Great to hear @justinbieber & @scooterbraun are latest @virgingalactic future astronauts. Congrats, see you up there!" tweeted Branson. Bieber replied: "Let's shoot a music video in SPACE!!"
Although the programme demands a $250,000 deposit, a number of celebrities – including Ashton Kutcher, Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and Leonardo DiCaprio have reportedly paid the fee to be among the first civilians in space when the trips actually begin. During last month's Cannes film festival, one guest at a charity auction paid $1.2m to sit next to DiCaprio when he journeys into space.
Virgin Galactic has been testing SpaceShipTwo, which carries six passengers, ahead of its scheduled first trip later this year, when Branson and his family are due to travel into space. The craft will fly to 68 miles above Earth, where passengers will be able to experience zero gravity.
Bieber may be wishing to escape a troubled week back on the planet. He has been accused of involvement in two incidents with photographers in Miami on Wednesday. In the first, he ordered his security guards to take a snapper's camera – an incident that was recorded, showing the photographer begging for his equipment back. Though the camera was returned, its SIM card wasn't. In the second, his guards allegedly assaulted a photographer. Prosecutors are looking into the case.
Those seeking further insight into Bieber's life are advised to seek out Selena Gomez's new album, Stars Dance. Earlier in the week the Disney-star-turned-singer said the record was about her now-ended relationship with Bieber.
