Greetings, I'm Mr. H, an avid RPG lover and one quite familiar with RPG Maker 2003. I used to fiddle around with the program in high school and due to circumstance, I'm back to using it. My current project, Project Arcadium, is my largest undertaking so far, and I'm confident it will be a hit in the community.

The submissions button up top > submit game (regardless of what it says, it's just a profile for the game. You dont need to upload the game itself straight off)

And you might wanna read the GAME AND REVIEW SUBMISSION RULES
