Well i don't know i only played the lore of lorewyn which doesn't have a review and touhou wandering souls which already has a review,do i also get 50 score if there already is a review on that game.

Each approved review gets 50
Worst possible time to take a download down. My MS is actually going down. Gotta work on those reviews ASAP.

What if I uploaded two reviews today (one is pending), is it too late to include those if I were to sign up right now?

At the beginning of the day (before writing the first review), I would have been at 320. At the time of that post, I was 370.
I would have signed up earlier, but I literally just saw the little deal on the front page about it yesterday.
