What?
a list of projects im hoping to get help on

1.Creating the Dragon form system, as secrets are unlocked the hero can take the form of a stronger dragons in battle.

2.dual attacks system- with 2 or more players unleash a special attack

3. playable characters teaching some of their individual skills and magic to other characters. giving the player some control on how to develop their characters.

4. Building up to a castle from a small camp system- a place where all your allies are at. would start off as a small camp that can upgraded a place where you can build buildings for shop keepers ect

Id also like to set up options so you can spend gold upgrading your small camp upgrading to a full blown castle, as your town grows more people would arrive, some workers, some adventurers, some good some evil. Id like to set up a random event system changing to day and night rain or sun shine. you as the leader of your town get to make choices of to have a great feast, maybe a ball or watch the theater some fun events this whole city thing is optional. adding some side quest that the city is attacked you have to defend it. maybe even some option of building a army to build your town. mini game where the characters not being used in your party,at your castle the player could take control or let the cpu use other characters venture out to gathering Resources to help your allies, shop keepers ect creating more epic weapons ...

5. after the games main ending a character future system.

once the game ends you could have options based on what happened in the game, and the mini games to pick the future path of the hero with options like he retires stays to run the city, takes up new adventures ect.. kind of like choose your own ending. if you get the good ending in the game you would have positive options if you had the bad ending you would get negative future options

6. a system for magic user to create their own spells by joining spells

7. creating the main intro for the game once player leave the new game screen.

8. tile set of a dragon, king, ranger, wizard turned into statues in a combat stance

9. a system that allows characters to become friends based of actions / convo , getting married to another character

If anyone can assist in any of these projects I would be very thankful for any help anyone can give
hm. I'm not too familiar with VX, so i can't help with your systems really. However that dual attack system should be very simple to make. Have a branch condition (or whatever it's called in VX) ask if you have character X and character Y in the party > if so, add skills to their skill library. If not, remove those dual skills.

also castle building can be achieved with very basic branch conditioning as well. Just have different maps represent different states of your castle growing up.

i don't think those other systems should be too complicated either as you get more familiar with the maker. My tip would be to start simple and add new systems as you go along.

also for your screenshots, please use screenshot topic to get proper feedback and constructive critisism (you're mapping skills need improving)

Seeing as this is your first game, I would recommend keeping it simple if you plan on making it long. Some of the veterans of game design know a bit about "feature creep" and how it can end up destroying a game or tossing it into an endless cycle of development hell, and I fear this is what may come of your game if you plan on including a dynamic town building system with various events (wars/theater/ball/etc.) and good/bad ending choices. You should focus on making a game you know you can make now and concern yourself with some of the more difficult custom work later.

7. creating the main intro for the game once player leave the new game screen.

With this, do you mean a fancy video intro or one created with events, animations and character movements? If it's the latter, I'd recommend trying it yourself to start getting a feel for how RPG Maker works.

uh i don't quite understand your problem...

it's nice to see you got ambition and spirits to really make something (to the point of paying someone o_O) But really don't rush things and burn yourself in the progress. It's best if you continue making this game in more relaxed pace. Everyone on this board can tell that their first projects were filled with problems and obstacles because of lack of experience.

take it easy and get familiar with the maker. Really.

also a starter tip would be to post some of your screenshots on screenshot topic.
