Lol, reminds me of my workplace and some of the "moronic" calls I get.

"Yeah?"
"What time are you guys open 'till?"
"Midnight."
"On...which days?"
"All of them."
"Including weekends?"
"Yeah..."
"Even religious holidays?"
"Yeah...!!!"
"So, if, like, I come in now, at this time, you'll still be open, right?"
"Ffffff..."

*hangs up*

People can be so oblivious sometimes; it's like that with pretty much every job.

Most people that had a good experiance wont go out of their way to blog on line about how awsome it was.


Actually, not quite true. I remember we usually got around 1 or 2 "compliments" on our feedback page every single week. Although, still, we got around 50x more complaints than actually any good compliments that it kinda doesn't help my point... But some of your customers DO care and know that their input can actually matter.

It's just...surrounded by so many "negative" ones that it often gets lost in transition.
