I have been playing rpg maker games for don't know, around 2-3 years now, until today I decided to join this wonderfull community, it's a pleasure to meet everyone ^^
After passing about 10 minutes of reading the TOS and New to RMN i'm still learning my way around here ~ I usually make presentation of myself but ahh~shyness strikes today
hope we get along fine, any questions or suggestions are more than welcome~!

If you want to see some of the good games on RMN, hover over 'Games' at the top of the page and click on 'Featured Games' in the drop-down menu.
Also, clicking on 'Community' at the top of the page leads to a good way to see what people are talking about currently - a great way to find games you didn't know were on this site.

I looked at featured already, some of those games are already on my playlist~! grumpy knight seems like such a cute game ^^~ I avoid puzzle games ((i'm very bad at those))

my creativity is terrible being honest, but in my current experience you are all awesome~!
Sorry for silly question and it's probably already asked somewhere else, but I have 3 questions:
1.- Is game rate/review for donors only~? I cannot seem to find my way around that.
2.- is there a "playlist" in here~? to add games I wish to play later, I usually subscribe to them so it's not really important ~
3.- is there other rules aside the TOS~? like a topic with rules like no harrasing or etc. if there is, a link to it would be great~!

Welcome to RMN, Suwako! Regarding your questions:
1. Do you mean adding reviews? Any registered member can review (with or without rating), but that implies you have to go through a submission/approval process. That's the only way to add a rating.
2. No playlist feature yet, although that's a great idea. I'll post the suggestion for future versions of RMN.
3. All the stuff under "Policies" include TOS is good to know. Some other things might not be explicitly written anywhere, but other users will point them out and Mods will use their powers if they note something that's a no-no. I see you also read New to RMN?, so you're way ahead of most members.
Instead of the playlist, you can in the meantime "Subscribe" to games and get "Notices" about them when something happens to the gamepages related to them. You can check under "Notices", then "Subscriptions" to see what games are in your list. You can think of it of following a game regardless of what its stage of development it is in.

1.- yes, but I meant where or how, I cannot find the correct button to press, i'm only interest in adding rating of a game, not a review, but the few games I saw that had ratings had the same number of reviews, so i'm kinda wondering if it's neccesary to review in order to rate ((I don't want to rate if a review is required))

3.- i'm one of those few people who actually read TOS before signing up, I remember reading I won't get a notice if they get changed so I would need check in there once every month(s) at least ((since they don't get changed very often))
i'm adding them to subcriptions already so I can know which ones I can try, it's an easy-access for games, thanks again~!

No, unfortunately, for now, the only way to rate is to do so when submitting a review. Part of the reason is that the power that be have decided that they don't want people to rate without explaining or justifying their rating. You can always submitting post feedback or an unofficial in the game's page if you don't want to submit a full fledged review.
Regarding the TOS, any major change would be usually announced through a forum topic.
BTW, I posted your playlist suggestion and apparently it is something that should be implemented at some point in time in the future. Hopefully, we can get to see what others have in it if they choose to share it.

I had an idea like that about it, that answers it, thank you ~ I found out where to review games now which was my main question, I feel kinda blind for not seeing it before.
I saw the suggestion earlier ^^~ when I was browsing the other sections, just hope it's a playlist for games and not for videos, Kero ~
i'm a shy person so I don't think I will post much in forums, in games or screenshoots should be fine for me ~ sorry if its repetitive, but thank you for your help~! no more questions now
