I like the owl with sunglasses, and as for mine, I made the pictures myself (which explains the quality), and the website I used to make the gif out of it messed up the speed.

Roddy Piper was a wrestler in the old WWF (google it). He was one of my favourites too, so I approve of the avatar!

I'm gonna have to add a bit of info about my username for you to get the whole feel of my avatar...so I hope that's fine. I'll just put the two together.
My avatar is basically my demon persona. Sure it depicts me as strong and evil, but is that really all there is to it? I do not see angels/demons as gods, they make mistakes. I see angels that can fall, and demons that can rise up to be something greater. Besides, I need power as a demonlord to keep the other demons in line right? I had the avatar designed by a good friend of mine since I'm no artist.
Can't really judge mine by its cover alone, but then my whole username is somewhat generic and misleading, until I reveal my own beliefs. This has gotten somewhat long.
To comment on one avatar..I'll choose seiromems. I know it's meant to be comedic, but whenever I look at it, I am for some reason reminded of that owl in legend of zelda, ocarina of time. Don't ask me why.

My avatar is the black half of the face of Monokuma from the game Dangan Ronpa, mirrored to make a whole face.
I generally like unsettling avatars, and I love Dangan Ronpa to death.
As for the real reason I have this avatar, the person who has the matching avatar should be able to tell you more if he posts here too.
It reminds me more of the owl in Link´s Awakening, but that might just be because of preference.

Really? Is that him? At first I thought that was a picture of yourself. It's been a long time since I've seen Roddy on T.V..
And I don't know why I choose this as my avatar. (Maybe I was drunk???)
For this avatar, it was either Avatar of Woe, mostly because "lolz!", or Stinkweed Imp because one of my favorite M:TG decks revolves around it.

I'm not entirely sure. I got it from scans of Akihiro Kimura's "Pure White" artbook some time back in the early 00s. It has a mix of franchise and original characters, so this guy could be totally original to a single image, or a prominent character in some PC-98 RPG.
