Well, money isn’t that much of a problem, as long as I’m not forking out more than $1000 bucks to produce something. I don’t mind purchasing the odd custom resource, sound effect, song or program that will greatly help benefit the game, but I’m not looking to break the bank if it’s not really needed.

Motivation (ie, laziness) is another problem of mine, too. Sometimes I’ll work on something for hours on end or hardly any time at all. Coming home from work sometimes after a busy day can do this to me too. Time isn’t much of a problem as I usually get, on a good day, about three hours per night. And resources, help, ideas or experience isn’t that much of a problem for me either.

So I guess so far it looks like we're unmotivated, poor and too busy ...;P

Shh, quiet. You’re hurting other people’s feelings. :(
LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Add overly sensitive to the list!

you forgot needlessly anxious.
If I hava a basic concept I'm excited about, it forks to two possibilites:

1) I can outline the whole game in my head.
2) I just have a basic idea, but I need specific ideas for the actual content.

If I'm in mode 1 (and it usually happens in contests/events), everything flows perfectly. I have a lot of motivation, I can work 10h/day, I don't get tired, I find ways to make me time.

If I'm in mode 2, I get frustrated, I spent days on a single part of the game, and eventually I lose motivation.
I'd say lack of faith in my ideas / lack of fun when I foresee myself playing my own games. That's why I rewrite game design documents many times and abandon some projects that I started to design too early.

Also lack of inspiration. Sometimes I feel like working on a specific project but no or few ideas come to mind. I learned not to try to force it and get to work only when I have a surge of inspiration.

Yeah, I get really long, fallow periods where a project lives on the backburner until I can come up with something good for it.

Fortunately with most of the things I do, I can usually work on some other aspect of the project until inspiration comes. That, or go stuff my brain full of vidya/movies/comics until it splodes with "HEY THIS WOULD BE REALLY COOL LET'S USE THAT IDEA SOMEWHERE!"
Lack of Motivation for me.
I think laziness and procrastination should be on this list, by the way.

School, AKA lack of time. :|

freaking... calculus...

(and every other school project)
Tartooga!
Those golden years are just a faded memory now.
I guess the term lack of motivation applies to me as well
since I'm bad with storytelling and/or character dialogue.
Oh and add "being a perfectionist" (AKA being obsessed over the tiniest of details like making sure the music track in this scene plays twice then ends without hearing a single extra note and having to test the scene 15 times in the process).

"being a perfectionist".

I sometimes have days like these. Not as often as I did before, but I do have days like this. Sometimes I just have to mentally tell myself to just "relax," and "it's only a damn game; no one's gonna notice that."

Can someone explain to me why money is on this list? I can't see any good reason why an amateur game should be held up by money...

Most amateur games shouldn’t need any money to produce something, so I’m guessing this option was just put in for just the commercial developers ‘round here. Although, I do sometimes pay for the odd resource here or there, so I can kind of understand why money would be an option on the list.
Writer's block and lack of inspiration at times. And what I call 'mapper's block'. There's only so much I can do with my tiles when I'm an editor-mapping lass. I shun the parallax world. Oh, and lack of feedback too ( but I'm sure a lot of devs suffer from this as well ).
