Ok hello and welcome to "What's at the Cinema?".

I'm your host NoblemanNick (Crowd applauds)

Heres how the game goes you post a movie and tell why people should see it or not see it. You can name anything from old movies to new movies just coming. I ask you not to repeat to much because I know it's bound to happen. Also you do not necessary have to pick movies for it's storyline, you could pick it cause it was funny!

Wanted-Rated R-Currently in Theaters
Saw this yesterday and was absolutely blown-away. I really never gave this movie much thought though. I heard of it and said just another movie that won't make it that happens to star Angelina Jolie. But I liked it, I believe it was off a comic-book excellent acting by Morgan Freeman and Angelina Jolie. All the other actors I can not remember where great as well. The story was interesting the action great and intense but not unnecessary like some movies today. Enough to keep you awake and watching with delight for the entire movie, which is long. So overall see this movie it's worth your money. Don't pass on this little gem.
The Incredible Hulk - Rated....uh, I dunno. PG 13? - Currently in Theatres last I checked
I was pleasantly surprised. This movie was nowhere near as bad as the previous Hulk movie. I don't know if it was the cast or the direction, or just that Marvel seems to be taking a more active role in their movies these days, but it was pretty watchable. Makes a lot of references to the old TV series for you nostalgia buffs, too.

It wasn't as good as Iron Man, but if you're a fan of superhero movies it's probably one you ought to check out. And it's a pleasant excuse to gorge yourself on popcorn for a couple of hours.
WALL-E
General (probably)
See it. Now.

This movie is great - the animation it top notch, the characters are lovable (despite being machines with no real speech ability), the story is interesting (it's 700 years in the future and the Earth has been killed by human consumerism), the gags are funny and overall it's just a great experience. There was probably only 5 pages of actual dialog in this entire movie, but it's still manages to convey a lot of information.

Best movie of the year so far.

I saw Hancock. It was okay.

Everything kentona said above is double true.
I saw Hancock. It was okay.

I came in here just to say that I HATE YOU WIP YOU'RE RUINING MY LIFE

But yeah, it was alright. It definitely was not as good as it could have been. A great premise but a mediocre execution. The female lead was definitely unnecessary.
@WIP- Great review you've got there. :)

Chronicles of Narnia-Prince Caspian

The chronicles of Narnia Prince Caspian is the next installment in the series and proves to be more darker and violnent than the lion witch and the wardrobe.

It is years later in the Pevensies' time. In Narnia, centuries have passed. The castle at Cair Paravel lies in ruins. The trees no longer dance, the bears don't talk, and the Old Narnians hide out in the woods, praying that one day they will recover their land from the godless, tyrannical Telmarines. With the return of the four Kings and Queens of yore, this film provides plenty of fight scenes and digital effects to keep you entertained for the 140 minutes the film runs for.

Overall i rate this film a 8/10. If you are a fan of the series or you enjoyed the first one i suggest going to see this. It isn't the best film but it is sure to keep you entertained for a few hours.
I'll probably never see any Narnia movies, I'm a book purist fag.

Just got back from Wall-E.

Aside from the screaming toddler and his insane mother in the theater, it was simply an excellent movie. No point in going on about it since Kentona already did.

Although, I wish it was legal to kill people who make excessive noise at movie theaters.
I should really go see that Wall-E film.

@Harmonic- I once had to sit next to a guy that thought having a discussion on his mobile was better than watching the film.
Haha yes, Dragon Wars really sucks. ;) The most curious is that, despite the poor script and the bad actors the FX are -almost- great (the 3D could have been worse, I mean).
I guess the effects weren't awful... but in no way does it save the movie, and I want dragon blood! With dragon bodies laying everywhere! Also, my standards for graphics are way higher now considering the movies that have come out lately, so I'm not easily impressed with graphics anymore.

I just bought tickets to a midnight showing of Hellboy 2.
You'll have to tell us if it's any good, WIP.

As for movies:

Wall-E:

Good, but not as light-hearted and easily watched as other Pixar films. There were definitely some major undertones about the entire "protect the Earth" thing. And aside from that, the entire film basically has no voice acting, and any dialog is saved until towards the end. However, if you can appreciate these things (especially undertones/messages) you'll definitely enjoy it. It is a bit brilliant for a Pixar film, I think.

Get Smart:

If you haven't seen this, watch it already. Great movie. Don't remember the original series well enough to compare, but it was definitely a good movie in and of itself. Probably one of the best Steve Carrel movies yet.

You Don't Mess With The Zohan:

I think I was laughing every 15 seconds at most. My mouth and throat hurt after the movie from laughing so much. Hilarious. Absolutely hilarious. Best. Adam. Sandler. Movie. Ever.
Hancock
It was pretty good, although I felt at times that they tried a bit too hard. Still, I think it deserved better than 3/5 from the review I saw. The best line in the movie: "You should sue McDonalds, cuz they really fucked you up!". Something to that effect anyway.

Hancock deserves the 3/5 reviews it is getting. The first half of it had personality while the rest shat on the previous section.

Also, Hellboy 2 was fun. It had a different sense of humor to it and one character that I found REALLY annoying. Looks way way better than the first one.
I second Get Smart - super funny movie. I'd watch it again.

Iron Man
...came out this year as well. I quite liked it. Much better than most of the Marvel movies of late. The chick (Gwyneth Paltrow I think) character annoyed me at the end with the whole "oh save me because I'm a weak female in highheels" schtick, and the last battle wasn't as epic as it could have been (I want a fully-powered battle dammit!) but overall very good movie.
Second to Wall-E. I'm planning on seeing it a second time with friends two weeks from now (I hope it's still in the mall theatres!)

Also, going to see Hellboy 2 tonight. I really enjoyed the first one, so if what WIP says is true, I'll really like this one.

Is the annoying character a recurring one or an OC, WIP?

That's pretty much how I saw it.

Go see it, the film is amazing, and completely slammed with laughs. But then again, what Adam Sandler movie isn't. This one is definitely one of his best though.

He's new. Felt really out of place to me.
