You just want to be "tolerated"? That's... kinda sad.
How do you release a game, you mean? Hover your mouse over your user name. Look for "Manage Games". Clicking that, you get a new screen, where there's a button labeled "Submit Game". After filling out the name, short description, and long description, you have to add at least three images before it can go into the submission queue.
If you haven't already, refer to the sumbission rules for what the site is looking for in your gamepage, and the terms of service for what is allowed on the site, and what isn't.

The translation of my RPG game seems very difficult.
I have a platform game mainly operations, rather than the plot.
You don't mind the plot is Chinese or the code?

There are a few non-English games available on this site, I don't see why a Chinese game wouldn't be allowed. Is your game complete? Why not make a page for it?
I don't know if there are any fellow Chinese-speakers here, but I'm sure somebody out there would be able to help you with translation, if you so desire.

Non-english games are allowed here, but you do need to have an english section in your game's description on your game's profile. The majority of our users speak english. You require an english description of your game in addition to whatever else you choose to put on your gameprofile. The game itself can be in another non-english language, and you can have non-english in your description as well.
