CloseEveryone wants to be a bigshot video game designer. If you could, what games would you like to see made?
10. Diablo III
Okay, I made my list before Diablo 3 was announced. I am leaving it on my list anyways. :P
9. Old school 2D Mario game (Wii)
They did it for Megaman. Mario needs a new SMB3-killer. The New Super Mario Bros. was a worthy game, but still had 3D models.
8. RPG Maker 3D
I am not sure how this would work, but I'd love to be able to have a simple RPG making interface with 3D capability.
7. Chrono Trigger on the Virtual Console
They announced a DS re-release, but I'd like VC release (too).
6. Pop Band
Classic rock is all well and good, but I need more variety. Plus, vocals will always be 100% with the Voice Modulator add-on (just like real pop artists!).
5. E.V.O. remake/VC release
I need to play this game again, because it is that awesome.

I need to play this type of game again, because it is that awesome. 3D models, 2D sidescrolling, dinosaur-evolving adventure! *drool*

How awesome would this be? M-m-my bologna!
2. 2D Sidescrolling RPG
Playing as Marth and Ike in SSBB was fun, but I'd love to see a full-blown revival of the 2D sidescrolling RPG genre. I'd use a Smash Bros. like engine, and make a full RPG (with stats! and leveling!) with it. I'd also make it an optional 2-player game (kind of like Secret of Mana!).

Apparently same concept, different story =/= Chrono Trigger Sequel. I'm probably the only one who liked Cross. :(

Both RPG Maker 2 and 3 for the PS2 are 3D.
However, besides teh obvious drawback of being on the PS2, RPG Maker 2 had horrible event editing/Placement, and RM3 had that awkward 3d movement style, and a completely messed up inventory and shop system.
And I own Chrono Cross XD I like it so far,

I'd like to see an MTG game - There's one for every other TCG, why shouldn't Magic have one too? It's teh original after all :P
1-10.: A new Shadowrun RPG (not that weak-sauce FPS) like the one for SNES only made by BETHESDA!!!

Resident Evil is a game I will never get sick of. (ironically wearing a RE t-shirt as I type this) Weather it's traditional RE1 or action RE4, I don't care just bring em on!
I would have said Tales of Symphonia 2 but they are totally making one and I am AMPED!

Rocket Knight Adventures and Rocket Knight Adventures 2: Sparkster were great platformers. I'd love to see how the opossum would do in a 3D environment.
9 - Bonanza Bros 2
It was there way before GTA with 300% more style
8 - Sega Smash Stadium
Smash Bros, but with Sega characters. Sonic, Ristar, Axel from Streets of Rage, Vectorman, etc
7 - Streets of Rage 4
Bring back Axel, Blaze, Adam, Max, Skate and Zan! I wanna kick Shiva's arse again!
6 - Space Harrier 3
Do it! Like, a darker, more energetic modern version of the classic game.
5 - Sonic: Metallic Madness
Old school Sonic game where he's pitted against a legion of the various Metal Sonics, with the final boss being a revived version of the giant red one from the end of Knuckles: Chaotix. It would be awesome!
4 - Ristar 2
Bring back the shooting star with the incredible reach!
3 - Lego Final Fantasy VIII
Squall and the gang in Lego form!

It'd hafta be directed by Kevin Smith himself, but imagine a sandbox game with Jay and Silent Bob, with cameos from characters in the movies. It'd be great!
