CloseOkay so I have some great news... I am not sure if you guys know this or not but if you have an android device than you're in luck! (not sure if you can find it on the IOS, I haven't checked, but you're welcome to do so!). Anyways, There are ways to play RPG maker 2000/2k3/XP and VX ACE on your android phones and maybe iPhone!
1) In Googleplay search the following:
To play VX or XP games search...
"Neko RPGXP Player"
As of right now it plays VX as Beta, if we download it will show support and it will be updated more. It's FREE!
2) Install and read the instruction on how to play the game. This works as an emulator.
To play RPG 2000/2k3 games seach:
Same thing as the above but you must search "Choco R2K Player" This one is also FREE!!!

Yeah, there's a post on here not too far down about the Choco Player. It works pretty well, but I've had some weird freezes with it.

Ha, I love androids :) You can do a lot more on them than an iphone! You definitely get one!!!

Hopefully it will get better. This is a dream come true, lol. I didn't think playing 2k3 games on a phone would happen anytime soon.
Until we can wrap games in it so as to distribute them as one package on app stores it's not much use.

I think you can still sell them on the app store. You'll just have to put down the required emulator in order to run your game. But I would suggest making a custom game if you're planning on selling anything.

Anyway, I don't think I'll ever be too inclined to check out anything like the Choco player again unless they one day will be so open that DynRPG and such will work with them.

Hey to the Moon is in the video. Hate that visual novel. Ha I need more than 2 buttons. Menu, run, action, L, R and another. Some of us make games that use the whole controller.

Like RPGs where you also have to use the arrows? It's not like there is that big of a difference between RPGs and Visual Novels you know. Alot of people play RPGs for the story and don't care for the combat (which in alot of games isn't that good anyway).

I'm a mod. It's my job to tell people not to double post. So, you know, don't.
It's against the rules of the site, meaning that doing it enough is a warnable offence. As for the reasons - simple. One post makes it a lot easier for people to find all the information quickly, it doesn't spam up threads and it gives other threads their chance to be seen.

My brother made it work on his Galaxy S3. IT LOOKS AWESOME! if you need help I can try to assist you
I can't seem to get it to work. I dropped a game in the sdcard/KernysRDSS/ folder. It doesn't find the file. I dropped in the .exe. I added a folder in the sdcard drive called sdcard/ in case sdcard drive is not sdcard folder. Also my sdcard drive is called SD Card instead of sdcard.
Maybe it can't find a locked file? Locked / compressed. Maybe it needs the RTP in it?
I'm using a Galexy S3 as well.

Well, what I did for him was take a game folder not compressed and drop it sd/kernysrgss/
The vx ace is still a beta and will crash. I have no tested XP or 2k3, etc.
