I feel MKXP is better than Neko RPGXP (and Open Source), did you try to build it? https://github.com/Ancurio/mkxp
WOW, this is brilliant!
Would it be possible to bundle a project with this software in the Google Play store?
Or maybe a self built E-Commerce solution that references the emulator during purchase.
SO MANY POSSIBILITIES>

If only it worked. I just gave it another try. Doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy. The creator has never replied. I've even downloaded games via the quick download, but alas, they don't work.
It's important that we share our experiences of these tools with the developers. Android is still notoriously fragmented and apps that work on some versions (or even some devices) may not work at all on others.
Therefore, if anyone's experiencing any technical issues, I urge them to report
- The OS version
- The device itself
- The screen resolution
- Any graphical settings that you may have altered, e.g. whether 'Forced GPU rendering' is checked under Developer Options.

A large portion of Android users are idoits. They can't imagine different versions of OS and phones could even cause a problem so they give 1* reviews because of a bug that most devs are happy to fix quickly. Worse is when they give 1* reviews because they didn't follow the instructions to even run it properly. At least there is a large enough sample of reviews that the majority of them are accurate and it balances out the score.
I was able to get this running, but the game I chose didn't work. I can't image many of the newer 2k3 will work since they are increasingly using plugins like dynrpg. But it's cool to see something like anyways! There are a lot of older Rm2k(3) games that I've never played. Hopefully they work. The list of tested games as posted by the creator in his own topic isn't long.

I agree that developers should be cut some slack: While I was working as an Android developer last summer, I can't count the number of times the QA team brought up something as silly as "app crashes when button pressed" occurring only on 4.1.2 (and the fix for that particular one was using a deprecated method instead of the updated version. Good job, Android team).
To be honest, though, when it comes to user reviews, how often do you see ratings other than 1 or 5 stars? The average joe isn't trained in the art of critique.
