I am trying to do an event for hours now and i dont get it to work. I hope someone can help me so i can proceed my rpg.
That shall happen:
- When Actor goes into the room, a npc shall automaticly talk and start the quest.
- The Actor has to get wood and supplies from the map before
- When the actor returns with both to the questgiver he gives an armor
- The next event shall start after choice (ready- yes/no)
- When yes the actor gets teleported to the next map
My results till now was: The NPC didnt showed up, wood and supplies switch didnt work or the most anoying was the npc hold me in a loop saying he quest request again and again.
Sry for my bad translation, im didnt practiced asking something in english forums, and thank you for any help. Would be great, when i can finish this event soon.

I'd check each code-page on the NPC to see what conditions they activate under. Keep in mind that the higher event-page numbers have higher priority.
If getting the supplies activates a game-switch (as opposed to a self-switch, and getting the wood activates a game-switch, you should be able to do a check for both of them as a condition. The thing to check is to see if the events tied to getting either of these items actually activate a switch.
*Edit: I hope this helps! I'm a bit afraid this might be a bit technical.

Again catched in a text loop.
my npc has no conditions on event page 1, content is -text, - switch for wood on, - switch for supplies on, -another text.
wanted automatic trigger, but i think that is the problem. there is no other reason for a loop :( gonna try to change
Edit: it worked this way. i dont know why i cant auto trigger this event. sadly. but ty for your help :)

You need to be sure to have a way for it to know that the text has been read once - add a second page with a condition that the "switch for wood" is on and for the time being you can put nothing on that page. That should stop the text repeating problem - if you don't force it to swap to another page, an auto event will keep running repeatedly.
