I love making characters, so I'll take a crack at it!
Name: Coleen
Age: 21
Info: A wandering knight from the now-in-ruins land of Midsoln. She searches the land looking for adventure and battle, mainly because she's got nothing else to do now that her homeland has been lost.
Attitude: Hot-headed, overconfident, and always itching for a fight, Coleen will charge into situations without thinking of the consequences, especially if there's a chance for her to bust some heads. She really, really likes fighting. :D

Do edits count? I would totally throw Mistuya Masako your way, just because she's not in enough stuff.
Failing that, Ishihara Oharu should be acceptable. Probably.
*Edit: The default face-maker in VX Ace isn't providing me with anything that looks even remotely what I've envisioned for Masako. Might want to do Oharu (or, *gasp* a new character) anyway.
*Edit2: Bah. Whatever. I guess I can finagle something okay-ish.

A highly intelligent woman from an unknown land. She has a tendency to use technical jargon, or generally talk over most people's heads.
She holds divine power at will, and is quite a capable healer because of this. However, her offensive capabilities are not to be scoffed at. Masako has a gift that enables her to read the thoughts and actions of her opponents. With this gift, she is able to effectively ignore anything and everything that is thrown at her for a brief time.
Attitude:
Calm, collected, and a staunch pacifist.
Other notes:
This character is waaaaay to over-powered for actual use. She's best relegated to NPC.

A knight who wields her spear in the name of the Kingdom of Askigaga. She is the personal bodyguard to it's crown prince, Hiroji.
Her sense of honor and nobility guide her every action. Her relationship to the prince is completely platonic, with no hints of there being any more to it that that.
Attitude:
Honorable, and humble, she firmly believes that the needs of the nation of Askigaga come before all other things. Ironically, she sometimes has to remind her charge of this.
Other information:
I guess the prince could represent an escort mission, and therefore could be a guest, while Oharu could physically join the party for that mission. Or several missions. I dunno.

In his thousandeth attempt to make a love potion, he ended up poisoning himself with a curse that changed his gender and erased his memories. He can only vaguely remember abstract parts of his past. (feelings, nostalgia, etc.)
A very frail character with a very supportive role in battle.
Quite the brains, though.
Attitude:
Reckless and impulsive, goes wherever the heart brings to, without thinking of consequences. A very good person, at heart.
Boasts a total lack of self respect and self esteem.
Extremely clingy, and hides it a lot.
That's a mildly interesting backstory, aye guess! Hahah

"I will accomplish it, the airplane. And i will become craftsman instead of lawer. I will bring you back to your home."

That would be pretty awesome! A few notes, though. You might have a bit of trouble with Apon the Brow of Tomorrow Clear, since there's no download yet. Hence the "eventually" text for that link. In regards to Masako in Heartache 101 - Sour Into Sweet, keep in mind that she's downloadable content.

*Edit: You know what? I just remembered that Konae's Investigations is a demo, and neither Masako nor Ichiro are in it. So, you can effectively remove that from your list.
