CASHMERE WANTS TO REVIEW YOUR GAMES

Posts

You can take a look at Tristian ( tech demo ). Should take you around 45mins to 1 hr. ( say, wasn't Lawrence of Aragorn one of the first games you reviewed on this site? XD )

Yes! Tristian is a game that I've been wanting to try out for a long while. Mostly because it's so fricking pretty. I might even try it this week, who knows?
^Hey, pretty graphics aren't everything. XD

I'm not sure if you were aware, but I released a new download for Konae's Investigations yesterday. To be honest, I don't think I want to work on it until I can get a feel for where this version stands.

OK I'll try and get games played ASAP. I wish I had no study commitments at all coz it's bringing me down.

Unrated is cool. kentona says that there's going to be a feature implemented at some point where reviews that were/are for demos can be marked as such, but yeah, unrated is cool. Unless you give me a 4 or a 5 in which case feel free to stick the stars on there :P just kidding. Thanks

So do I make it into the list in the first post?

My bad! Added to list.
Hmm...I don't know if my game would be up your alley at all (still waiting for one person to finish something before I release the update patch), but would you be interested in giving Touhou Fantasy a quick run-through whenever I get the patch done?

I doubt you'd be interested due to the shear length of the beta, but thought I'd ask ahead of time.

Sure, Xenomic! Keep in mind that my rules state I'm only required to play up to 3 hours of the game. I might play more if it's fun, but I want the developer to assume I have a good idea of the game's quality by the 3-hour mark and I want to get through as many games as possible. ^_^

Reviewing of these games will most likely start after I finish exams though, which is probably early June. Then I'll be trying to play and a review a game a day or something.
Great~ I'll let you know whenever that patch is ready and give it to you via PM or let you know here later. Hopefully it won't take too long to get it done...

Wow! You have like 22 games you are going to review? How are you going to find the time to do all of thiose? You probably should think about putting a cap on the maximum number of games your going to review. Eventually you'll have like 100 games!

Oh... And by the way I would love to review all your guy's games!

By the way if you are stuck in Bahamut, have a walkthrough:

Actually I am stuck in Bahamut LOL. That was quite coincidental. But I haven't played it for a while. Sorry!

Hey RedMask

Don't be despondent. People have differing opinions. If a game disappoints one person, it'll probably be enjoyed by another person. Don't let criticism get to you, especially if it is quite strong criticism. Either just shrug it off or make changes and keep going. You can't please everyone, even the best games don't please everyone! I've heard very harsh reviews of excellent games. So you're bound to disappoint at least a couple of people.

I'll tell you what. If I feel that I play the game and it is not as polished as I think it could be, I will provide an "unrated" review. If I feel that the game is positively rated, I will rate it so. Is that a good deal?

Even if you don't want me to review your game I still intend to play it, because it looks good.

Thanks for your support CashmereCat. Sorry it took me so long to respond I've spent almost all of my free time lately trying to update my game and I've finally finished the update. Please try out the new and improved Nsala Liberation.
Most of the updates pertain to the start of the game and they include features like better directions, sooner explanations of controls, some condensed maps, easier challenges, and etc. I also improved the last boss because I just felt he needed to be less time consuming. Plus, the last boss just works better now.
Anyway, if you have already started playing the old version than I will understand if you don't want to start over. Although, I'm not certain but I believe save files from the old version would be transferable if you wanted to try that. But if you haven't already started please try this version.

And yes I do think that's a good deal thank you for being so kind.
I'll just leave this demo right cheere...

It's called We the People and it's for 2k3. The demo should take about 2 hours total; definitely still some kinks to work out and whatnot.

I'd appreciate some feedback, just whenever you get the time. Thanks!

Hey if you intend to submit levels for the next version of Chips Challenge (And I wish you would) You won't be able to review my game. Just letting you know.

(Cause I would have to add you as a developer for level design. Developers can't review their own games.)

But hey maybe you can get special permission in this case from the administration, who knows.

Oh well that's a shame. That is if I do end up submitting a level. Which I do plan to, but things may change. So I'll keep it on the list for now.

@Oh_Carnby Added.

This may take a whiiiiile. Nah, hopefully I'll get it all done soon I just need to write and play quicker. When the reports and exams are done, things will get better.
Well, I just uploaded my game, "Ruins of Typhon", If you have time , can give it a quick review? I want another person to take a look at it before I continue so I know what parts I really need to work on. http://rpgmaker.net/games/6383/
