I take it your source for these graphics is RPGCrisis? The guy who uploaded them there, in a spot of very short-sighted vision, converted them to PNG, making the whole resource pack virtually useless.

For these particular graphics, it would be easier to just download Kikumaru's Adventure and pilfer from it.
