I suggest to Wes that he uses a bit of our Red Pulp Salve on Fureira. If that doesn't wake her up either, I cast Welken Bolster on Fureira. She pretty obviously has a Fire affinity, so that should help. I then proceed to explain what I found out:

"Look up there. Do you see that giant round thing? I believe it's actually sort of an eye. That's what fires those heat rays. Now, what should we do? I could shoot it with a bolt, but if it's really just a part of a larger monster, I'm not sure we should provoke it. We could probably sneak around it, but there's a trap door back there which will probably take us to another room. Any ideas?"


P.S.: I think it's a bit weird no one of us has actually asked the others what happened while we were separated (i.e. after Kairy was abducted by those hidden arms). Should we try and roleplay that bit while we have the chance?

Instinctively, I turn my head away from Zuko in oder to hide the very slight blush going over my face. "Why, thank you, I guess. Though I probably wouldn't have gotten far without a capable team, so...

Okay, so we have 17 powerstone to split between all of us. I'll just use all of mine now and keep the rest for when I eventually meet up with everyone else. I'll throw the extras into the group and let everyone else fight it out~ I think Kairy may win though.

I'll use 4 power stones right now. That means I'll get 28 points to allocate. My passive ability means I'll get 4 free points in my Magi stat.

Increase deficiency to Fire by 2!
And increase my affinity for Miasmal by 2 and my affinity for Angelus by 2.
