The plan is in everyone's mind, glances of approval are exchanged by everyone.
The elementals and the bone people have brought you down a floor. Two more remain before you're pushed down the hole.
I'll transfer Kairy's miasmal energies to me using miasmal currents. 6!
Bazyli is the first to act, doing a wide gesture and saying a few magic words before he casts Miasmal Currents!
He grabs the miasmal energy inside of Kairy and attempts to transfer it to himself, but instead the miasmal elementals simply absorb it entirely! They've all doubled in size now!
The good news is Kairy is no longer diseased, and the Raging Rash and the Tiring Torpor Tantrum is over with! Kairy feels renewed strength as she releases herself from the help of Zuko and Razuna. She takes a quick scan of the area and find an opening at the leaders head. She stands by and waits for the others.
After that, Bazyli climbs onto Wes's shoulders and locks eyes with the leader, asking "Hey, where's the pit go?"
The leader responds "In your mind, you know it as Hell. In my people's culture it is known as the Null. It's where everything ends, stops being. It's the storage realm for miasma. "
That doesn't sound good. At hearing this exchange, Wes pulls Bazyli down and puts him in the middle of the group, Wes to his left, Zuko in front of him, Kairy to his right and Razuna behind him. "Almost time to kick some butt" he thought.
In order to stall, Razuna quickly tells Gourd to dive the Leader and try to get him to lose concentration. 3! The White bird bursts into the air and glides downwards towards the leader, talons ready. The leader loses concentration and eyes gourd, ordering his bees to attack! Gourd is far too agile for these bees so he easily dodges them, he goes round the room, flying from the bees when Zuko takes his action, attempt to force his will on another via Demonic charm 2! Zuko tries to coax one of the bone people into going crazy, but to no avail.
As all this happens, Kairy considers shooting the leader but nothing horrible is happening. The leader is simply distracted, and the bone people continue to follow the order or leading the party of intruders down the pit, now known to lead to Null.

Don't feel obliged to agree with my plans, but this is what I think we should do: Wes will have to protect us and stop the bone people from rushing us all at once, perhaps by using Small Barrier to block off one side. Bazily is probably the only one of us who can effectively fight the elementals, so you should save Buster Ball Blast (which is MAGI!) and Holy Covenant for those. Zuko, after you've attempted to cause a commotion again, you could prepare yourself to use all your skills to smash as many enemies as possible. If you kill a lot of them in a short time, the other might panic. The same goes for Razuna, though you might want to save Fake Out for special cases. Gourd could also be useful to distract enemies who attack us, maybe he could even pick out their eyes.
I will wait for Zuko's attempt at Demonic Charm, then immediately shoot the leader in the head. In case I miss, I use Quick Load with a Quartzine bolt and try again. If I hit I will target the giant bees after that. Also, I cast Welken Bolster on Zuko to make him even more powerful.

The tension rises in the group as they're lead down the next step. One more step and they'll be pushed into the pit. Of course, everyone won't let that happen without a fight! After a series of glances, everyone initiates!
First and thus, kairy grabs her crossbow and aims at the leader, who is distracted by gourd! The bone people let out a shout 6! but it's too late! With a KER-CHUNK the bolt goes flying and drills through the shaman's skull!
Anticipating this, Razuna quickly uses Power Strikes while BAzyli Buster Ball Blast one of the Miasaml Elementals! 6! Rending one of the elementals the ball disintegrates it instantly and flies forward more, smashing into a wall! It causes a weird grainy dark-grey rock to start pouring out oh so slowly.
With Zuko's Demonic charm overwhelming the bone people, mass confusion is wrought!
The elementals, no longer able to contain their grip around everyone, drift backwards and upwards a few feet, stunned! They'll attack next turn. The bone people, however, are left inraged at the dispatching of their shaman! SPears thrust forward at Bazyli and Kairy but... 5! a spear thrusted towards Bazyli simply shatters as a Small Barrier appears around him! Wes, after casting, jumps in the way of the spear and catches it into his armor, Wes takes this opportunity to disarm the man, breaking his spear in half, and looks about more. The spears charging at Razuna 2! thrust forward, as Kairy fails to boost Razuna! Razuna, using his dexterity, manages to dodge the attacks and counter attacks, 5! lunging into the two offenders, spilling their blood as their legs crumple.
The group circles up as 10 Spearmen surround them! Bazyli is in the center, with Wes at his left, Razuna in front, Kairy to his right, and Zuko behind him. Picking their targets, 3 spearmen aim for Wes, 3 for Razuna, 2 for Zuko and 2 for Kairy!
The giant bees, their summoner dead, had finally dissipated into a find green dust as the hole in the wall oozes out more grey sand and the elementals come to their senses! Of the five that float, 3 Begin to glow while the other two dive into the pillar of energy.

I look at the two spearmen that are aiming to me, I say:
"Alright, chumps! It's time for you to feel my blade!"

I'll quickly knock out the spearmen attacking me then go help Razuna (or whoever else seems to be in imminent danger) with the ones attacking him!
I'll blast one of the glowing elementals with Holy Covenant! while I say under my breath "Thanks Wes...!" while exhaling in relief.

Well done, guys! Looks like we aren't doing too badly right now. And thanks for the save, Wes!

Then I put my crossbow away and grab my hatchet so I can continue fighting in melee combat. I also try not to accidentally get hit by Zuko's Reaver Slash, and tell to others to watch out, too.
Edit: By the way, we should try to look for and move towards a possible exit. If the grey sand means the cave is about to collapse, we have a problem.

The group decides to lash out first instead of taking a defensive position, the results are as follows.
I charge at the enemies with Reaver Slash! 2!
"Watch out guys!" Yells Kairy, attempting to warn the others of Zuko's devastating reaver slash, however this tips off the spearmen and they quickly back out as Zuko lets out a weak reaver slash in front of him, dealing no damage to anything.
The spearmen retaliate with two thrusts 5! 5! piercing into Zuko's armor and puncturing his side! With a grunt he steps back, as one of the floating elementals is 2! blasted by a holy covenant, however it remains unaffected.
Bazyli, tired with the effort, is almost pierced by a spearman when 5! (this was a 1, but I owed you a good roll) Kairy uses quickload and fires off a bolt right into his face leaving him out of commission, needless to say. The second spearmen lunged towards Kairy while 1! she was putting away her crossbow! He gets injured in her leg and she is unable to walk! All the while Razuna and Wes have had their bouts. Razuna had (2) just barely managed to avoid being injured by the spears, quickly losing his footing in the process and getting shocked 3! by a miasmal elemental blast! He gets blasted backwards and bounces into Wes, who remains unaffected as he 5! counters the thrusting spears, pulls two of his assailants towards him and bashes their heads together, knocking them clean out. The third, seeing how easily the other two were subdued, decides to round the party searching for an easier target. The spearmen all take a step back to regain their wits in the slaughter as they ready another pincer strike. The other two charging elementals let out two zaps of energy 1! 5!
The pillar of energy absorbs the first one's zap and the entire elemental itself! The other is much more successful, blasting Wes and stunning him! He won't be able to act next turn!
Razuna gets back on his feet as four spearmen aim at him, Bazyli regains his strength as he spies Wes stunned next to him, Zuko in front of him injured with kairy to his right all the same, only wielding a hatchet ready to chop up the spears. The third elemental is instantly revitalized by the pillar, and manages to sling out another zap 4! stunning Kairy!
The pillar of energy starts emitting a faint glow as the grey sand continues to flow, and cracks develop.

The only thing I can think of right now is using Zuko's Dark Fire to kill the two spearmen that are still attacking him, unless you want me to do something else?

Ilan, I agree that you should fight the spearmen rather than the elementals. They seem to get destroyed one after the other by the pillar, and though they can stun us, the spearmen could actually kill us. Go for them first.
Also, don't forget you still have your Empower skill, which you could use on yourself or Razuna in case things get really ugly.
Edit: Oh, right: Razuna, send Gourd to attack the spearmen close to Bazyli. We can't risk him getting killed.
