So I recently stumbled across a website called "rpgmaker.net" and got curious, since the only rpg-maker site worth a damn that I was aware off was "rpg-atelier.de". After playing through "Rework the Dead: Evil", "Demon Legacy", "Phantom Legacy", "Romancing Walker", "Sunset over Imdahl", "Ghost Suburb Zero and II" and the cancelled "Necropolis" I was so friggin' blown away I just had to register up.
I can only wonder why the hell this community is so (considerably) small. So much creativity, so much work and effort and most people probably still don't even know what rm2k, rm2k3, rmxp and rmvx even are let alone the games of different engines that I myself where not aware of that are hosted here. It is really like a treasure to find for whomever got interested in RPG Maker back when it was new and exciting. From a time where Vampires Dawn (I) was pretty much the only game worth a damn for a long time on german forums (except for the occasional good title that came out every few months like "Unterwegs in Düsterburg")
I'm really excited to be here. I have alot to play now :D
So, greetings everybody, I'm Krolan, I'm crazy for RPG's (love for "Chrono Trigger", "Terranigma", "Secret of Mana I+II", - the good stuff on the SNES - since childhood) and I heavily respect the creative work you're doing and keeping alive.
See you around,
Krolan

Welcome Krolan!
Oh, and I suggest you go random every now and then. Though it may be fun to play all those famous games, who knows what treasure you may find from the less-known titles?
Enjoy your stay, because there's no turning back ;D

I used to turn on SoM and just listen to the titlescreen music over and over again. So good.
Welcome to RMN! Enjoy your stay!

Hah! Vampires Dawn and Unterwegs in Düstersburg must be the only two RPG maker games the majority of German gamers have ever played.
That's what happens when you tread into English-speaking territorium ;)
Enjoy your stay. There are a few awesome games not listed here, but you'll find enough gems to be occupied for quite a while.
