TUMBLR - HOW DOES IT WORK?

I just made a Tumblr account because I sometimes read that more projects are active on Tumblr but I actually have no idea how Tumblr works. I can't find any other Tumblr RPG Maker project and how does people see your posts? Can someone explain how this form of social media works?
Basically you Follow people that you think you'd like to see more posts from. To find them, usually doing a search for key words will help. On your dashboard (which is the term for the default area you appear when you log in) there should be a search bar (usually top-right). In this case you'd want to type in RPG Maker and you'll be taken to a new page.
The top line of results are blogs that have that word in their name or keywords. The lower half of the page will show different posts made by people under that keyword (called a tag).
To follow someone, look for either the + or Follow + . Clicking that will allow you to follow them. When you follow someone their posts will turn up on your dashboard, which you can then scroll through and either Reblog or Like. Reblogging will allow anyone who follows you to see your posts and is done by hitting the double-arrow symbol at the bottom right of a post. Liking will show that you like that post and can be done by hitting the heart at the bottom of a post. They symbols will change colour to show that you hit them, and hitting the heart again will remove a like.
You can also create your own posts on your dashboard by using the different options there. You can add tags to your posts in the tag area and people who look for those tags will see your posts. It's usually a good idea to use a few tags for things, for example, if I were to create a development post about my own game I might use these tags: RPG Maker, Liberty, game dev, dev blog, RM Ace, Game Name
You can separate tags by either adding a comma after each or hitting enter.
Honestly, quite a few people complain about shitty posts turning up on their dashboard, but it's only who you follow that causes it. If you don't want to follow someone anymore, it's easy enough to unfollow, either by hitting the Follow + again or going into your following section and picking there.
If you're still a bit lost I'm pretty sure there's a help section on the site and there's bound to be a few videos around that explain with visual aids. Good luck Tumblring!

That was really clear. Thank you so much. Gonna try to follow some RPG Maker game designers. But how do I know their names cause you can't really find anything by typing "RPG Maker".
Well, for starters, here's a couple, divided into Non-Yume Nikki fangames and Yume Nikki fangames for your pleasure.

Also you can follow my devblog if you want but it won't really be getting that much activity for the time being:

Also, if there's a particular game you want to check for, type the name of it in the search and see if anything comes up. Usually only popular ones will have a following, but some might surprise you. And here's one that is pretty decent that I follow: http://rpgpixelgames.tumblr.com/
Basically, I recommend finding some game developers and following them. They'll repost game dev stuff and you can find new developers through them.

As mentioned some blogs are dedicated to just reblogging a particular theme, as a place for people to visit for updates or to discover new stuff from that theme. For RM games a good place to start might be http://rpg-maker-games.tumblr.com/ , this blog tends to reblog a lot of fan-art, but is also known for reblogging a number of new projects or activity involving RPG Maker games. As an example, they reblogged my older game a lil while back, so giving your posts the rpg maker tag should give you a good chance to get some people looking! Anyway, hope you like tumblr, and good luck!
p.s. : also, if you're confused about where a reblogged post is from, there will always be the name of the original poster above the text of the post, which you can click on and follow if need be!

As far as I can tell you have to sign up to become a social justice warrior and then promote a culture of victimhood while claiming it's equity.
Good that you're getting the hang of it, however in order to master it you'll need these tips:
