I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

CloseLower than I expected! Most games that should get 0.5 or 1 stars are ones that I would expect to get denied in the first place.
Some of them are contest entries (which, as long as they don't look complete shit and have a decent description, will get through). Some are just over the cusp of site standards. I mean, seriously, newbies have to start somewhere. We're trying not to be snobs - we have standards, yes, but people learn from posting shit stuff.
Hell, looking at my own games (with downloads) I've:
- Four N/A
- One 1.5-star
- One 2-star
- One 2.5 Star
- Three 3-star
- One 3.5-star
- Three 4-star
- One 5-star
People do get better (and quite frankly, my 1.5 star game isn't bad enough that it's worth throwing off the site. It's the balance that was screwed, not the other components.) and a lot of the time you have to remember that sometimes it's small problems that add up to a bad game which can be easily fixed with time. Sometimes it's a case of personal preference, too - some people like certain aspects of games while others hate them.
Some of the games are demos and don't have much to show, some are full games that really are shitty... but not shitty enough to be denied in the submission queue. Often it's not a case of graphics, but gameplay and since we don't play the games when they go through the submission queue, we have no way to know that 'Pretty, Pretty game x' is really a ball of shit when it comes to the battles, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't deserve a chance to get better.

Ah, well that does make things somewhat easier. I was feeling really reluctant to exceed your magnificent review score, but no longer. If Liberty's post IGMC rush doesn't beat me to it, I'm aiming for 86 reviews and top of the review leader board, good sir.
Of course the fact you approve them may doom this ambition before fruition.
I was so tempted to just write "bring it" but I'm actually really looking forward to reading your thoughts on the IGMC entries. How many of them are actually on-site?
Not sure, but I'll post up the reviews for those ones where I can - one their RMW pages or my personal tumblr if I can't find the games. There are quite a few that made it our way, though. ^.^
