At the time I had the thought process of Ivory had votes so it was easier to get her votes up to save Happy, now I realize that may have been a grave mistake

It's okay, it's how the game is played. I just wonder what star Ivory is.
Ivory could be the assassin though! It's not like she's been the most helpful player so far anyway. And when she did eventually get to defend herself it wasn't too... convincing. If she had proven to me she's not likely to be a scumlord I wouldn't be voting to kill her right now.
The item is a sweet bonus, but I would've voted to no lynch had I any inclination to.

Also, all happy is doing is bribing us. Does that make her innocent? If I said trust m guys I'm an innocent pinata. Then ended up actually being a pinata, does that mean I'm innocent, or just had a clever tactic to stay safe?
Well, Happy volunteered for piñatahood, so it's not really a safety tactic. It could be a manipulation tactic, though. Likelihood:
1) Happy is town and is playing strategically to help town (with the only downside being maybe giving the assassin a thing).
2) Happy is the assassin and is trying to earn goodwill on the first day in order to skate by unnoticed.
The odds on either of those depend a lot on what the items do, I think.
It might also be interesting to know whether Happy could use those items himself, or if they were only for bribery.
Oh, and I always vote to lynch someone day 1. It's boring otherwise. Insinuating I did it out of greed is kind of weird.

Something about Ivory: it's pretty obvious she's going to be lynched today, so why is she bothering to take an item? Is it so someone else can't have said item? That seems pretty anti-town, not letting someone have an item. Unless she wants the assassin to not have it, but the odds of a townie taking it are much higher than the assassin, not to mention that the assassin could have already taken an item. So: why'd you take an item Ivory?

Well, I guess that's a possibility. A smoke bomb DOES sound like it'd be protective, providing a distraction and allowing you to escape from something is what a smoke bomb does after all... hm...

Sounding like he's reasonably trustworthy, if he survives.
Or trying to play some kind of crazy triple-cross thing as assassin. vOv That's an option, albeit one that strikes me as stupid.

Oh no, I totally killed her because of items I was just trying to make it clear that my main reason for lynching her was because I always vote to lynch someone day 1. I don't think I worded what I meant quite right.
