Ahhhhh those games look so awesome! I never played any of them but remember seeing them and thinking they look interesting and pretty :D
Oh and I meant to say, yes the drawn picture's face was supposed to be unsettling XD he's a washed up once-was chemist and paranormal investigator/researcher now addicted to his own homemade drugs so he's always out of it in some way shape or form XD One of my personal fav OC's lol
Ack, thank you so much! n_n AND SHE'S BEAUTIFUL! I love both the design and pose, I think you can pat yourself on the back for a job well done :D She reminds me of Q-Bee from Darkstalkers whose design I always loved, it takes a special kind of talent to make a sexy hornet/bee/wasp lady LOL

Shieeeet, Homunculus' pixel art and accha's coloring is jaw-dropping!
I'm currently working on a Hornet monster girl for the M.O.G. Graphics Pack. Putting in the shadings now.
It was hard to think of a design for the hornet because I didn't want to design them towards an erotic direction, but if they were legit female humanoids of that species. Insects are tough to make them look attractive D:

Thanks, Homunculus! I finished her,
Wait, should I be posting this? This isn't WIP anymore D:
Still gonna work on the other monsters and their facesets for the M.O.G.
Woah, I gotta run, late for class!!

As I've said on the very MOG Graphics thread... Naisu! Very cool 8D
As for me:
Talking 'bout MOG Graphics... Last character for this event! *phew* that sums up 8. Curiously enough, I've improved MASSIVELY from the first portrait... Which SUCKS! I feel like redrawing the first ones. Hahahahah. Gonna probably just redraw the very first.

I don't see why not. You can post in random art as well/alternatively, but if you've been keeping it in wip until finished, this adds a flavour of completion.
Hahaha, thanks guys ^^;
I'm just glad joining this community gives me plenty of reasons to draw.
I wish I could be as productive on making the games itself though D:
I finished her! Now to move on to facesets, hopefully I don't procrastinate too much on CS:GO LOL

She's so beautiful! :D You have such an awesome style, it's fun seeing the progress to the amazing end results!
And I see you use SAI *high five*

Thank you so much! n_n i will admit I lazied out with the lady lol the cloth around her waist was going to be transparent but I couldn't handle it rationally and said eff it and made it a solid piece of cloth XD
Your art is so pretty ;_; I love the soft colors and lines, beautiful! And i agree with the lineart LOL I love traditionally drawing, but for some reason with digital art I don't have any patience for doing clean lineart DX

Haha no problem at all! (so that why the above one like that , i kinda questioned by that cloth)
And thank you so much for the praise! Yeah i still think tradtional ways for ineart IS MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH better that doing linearts in digital ways. It save so MUCH time and i think im gonna stick with "draw at A4 first than scanned into computer...."
Just for that dragon.....well im completely forgot to draw it at A4 first and then forced to do the linearts T_T
EDIT: Half done the dragon:

DAT DRAGON. It's beautiful!! Can't wait to see the finished product, that's going to be gorgeous :D
I just started doing up a Barret pixel today lol it's a sloppy mess right now, at this stage of the process it feels like it will never look good XD

Alright, cleaned up the lines a little and now have a lot more hope XD

I started this weeks ago... I usually complete an image in a day or two but all I ever do with this is shave a bit off here and there/adjust a colour, that sort of thing. I dunno.

Edit: Aw hell here I am not even commenting on other folks' stuff, poor form self
@Nivlacart: What a fun idea and a great design challenge! Looks like it's going swell and the results are super awesome.
@JosephSeraph: I have not been keeping up with your art so i'm afraid I can't assess how much you've improved, but that face looks good so far. Really digging the swoopy look to the the hair and the lineart for that.
@Homunculus: well i already complimented your pixel skills in your thread but I'll do it again. I continue to be impressed! The dainty feet for Barrett were a wonderful addition, and also less work. smart choice.
@nh97: That dragon's pose has a nice dynamic flow to it! It looks very exciting and the colors are so bright *__* I like it.
@cheesedreams: the eyes really creep me out and I think this is a sign you're on the right track. I continue to love the colors and details on your faces.

I started this in October. Someday, it will be 1 of 2 bookmarks. At the moment it's some lovingly rendered flowers, but my god am i happy with those flowers. Gonna be fun making sure the details don't get too lost in the full size thing (which is...like 3 inches long)
Some process stuff in hopes someone might find it useful:

that's...at 100% OTL

And these are the sketches I'm using. Because I'm making bookmarks I will be physically holding in meatspace, I printed a template I cobbled together and drew what are souped up thumbnails on top of it. I don't usually do this for digital stuff, but I sketch better on paper rather than with my tablet anyways!

The shitty thumbnail that started it all. You can see they were going to be fullbody pics at first, but I realized I'd rather have more visible detail on the faces/torsos, so I zoomed in.

I took some time to figure out what poses I wanted, and I looked up reference pictures of flowers b/c I absolutely do not know how to draw wolfsbane from memory.

By the second page, you can see some concrete ideas forming.

A closer view of those slightly-less-shitty thumbnails, which became the basis for the sketch.
I don't actually have anything cool for those bookmarks to show off yet so maybe I can work on this over thanksgiving break and come back with something cool. However it was the last non-game thing I left off on, so it's the most recent WIP and the one I want to finish the most!

This is a much cooler thing I'd love to finish sometime. I got pretty close! I was in the process of cleaning up color choices and just...finishing... and adding all the fiddly details OTL
so i wasn't that close at all, HUH
fun bonus: my pathetic attempts at organization and useful filenames

GAH, your work is just incredible! Love it. Those jeans, I can just look at them all damn day.
And thank you! You totally caught me LOL While I did originally think "AWW Barret would look so cute with tiny little footsies <3" I then immediately thought "TINY LITTLE FOOTSIES ARE SO EASY TO PIXEL."
But at this point, what I am doing I don't even. I need to take an hour or two break so my brain won't explode. Let it cool off a bit to look at the image again with a more clear frame of mind instead of my current "OH GOD WHAT IS ANY OF THIS" after an hour of palette picking. This is my first time trying to pixel a glow-effect, so aaaaaaannnnnyyyy C&C shall be worshipped.
