What the fuck is going on with his leg
It's true. The knee and ankle align in the same direction for the most part. The hip connection can pivot in such a way. No wrong, just looks awkward.

Hmm I think it's more that the foot on the right is slightly (with an allowance obviously for perspective) too large and should maybe be flattened a little to the ground rather than pointing outward to that extreme. And maybe the knee being lower than the other makes it look more awkward. I agree that poses like that look weird in reality, but something about that drawing looks (slightly) out of whack. (maybe if the foot on the right was turned inwards and flat on the ground so that the toes pointed towards the viewer...?)

I made some slight changes to my robot. Just letting you know so you don't start thinking I'm cheating. ;)
Also, it seems like everyone has come up with way cooler ideas than me, especially alterego and LockeZ (though that's no surprise).

Hmm, with 26 fighters, the tournament bracket generator has 6 people starting on the second round, matched with people from the first round. We had this problem last time we did robots is everyone okay with single elimination, considering this fact, or would people be willing to stick through double elimination. Basically, a losers bracket trying for the under dog come back.
Given how the voting is less favourable for players, I was opting for single elimination. However, I will listen to group opinion.

I don't know if you knew it already Dudesoft, so forgive me if I'm wrong, but in the previous page two people already joined, UnknownMessiah and giaks (Altough giaks picked a Battlechip that's already used...). And since as I saw in the list, CashmereCat forfeited, wouldn't that make 27 participants, and not 26?

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

With 27 people, the answer is simple. Make every battle a 3-way battle.
Ping! I'm going to extend the deadline until January 10th. I am working nonstop almost until then, so I won't have time to gather the robot info until then. In the meanwhile, keep working on your warriors! I'll be back with a brief comic in a few days or so, to tide you all over.

This is what I've done so far (it's so stupid!)
My controllers are "The Cheesy Dreamers" a soppy band comprised of three gigolos who sing covers of 20th century songs to old space gentlemen & ladies in run-down casinos. They also deal in petty crime on the side, and on this occasion, robot battling.
Haven't thought up names for them yet, but you can bet they're going to be alliterative!

I'm okay with that, as long as the fanservice doesn't mean that my 150 layers of platemail suddenly have a wardrobe malfunction at an inopportune moment.
