There are several RPGs of some quality that came out in 2008 for PS2?
Really? I didn't think a lot of new games were coming out for the PS2 this year period. I thought it was being phased out cause the Next Generation is here and all that crap. Anyway, Baroque was the only one that really caught my eye (and my wallet).

I am never going to play SMT: Nocturne again because it crashed during the save prompt about like three hours of grinding.
Actually maybe I will because it is one of my favorite games.

The last level (or is it? Act 6: Anyway) of Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is impossible, even on the normal difficulty. Okay, not impossible, just incredibly super frustrating. It makes me want to bite my fucking controller in rage.
The series of battles against Luca Blight in Suikoden 2 were hardcore. Easily one of my favorite boss fights of all time. He just didn't give a fuck.

Luca Blight was badass.
He did withstand several barrages of arrows, 3 groups beating him up, and several other things. Chuck Norris, Vin Diesel... pah, pansies in comparison.

A popular fan debate is 'Who would win if Georg Prime and Luca Blight fought'? Which is interesting because while Luca Blight is the absolute physically strongest person in Suikoden, Georg is equally confirmed to be the absolute best swordsman in the Suikoden universe.

Suikoden sucks.. Jokes haha. Never could get into those games. Tried the second after always seeing people say it's this great game. But I got to like after the obtaining your castle and lost interest after that. Then played Suikoden V because again people said it was good but man that game was boring. Camera pissed me off as well.
Is it just me or does The Legend of Dragoon only get interesting at disc 3 then fuck out again at disc 4.

I am pretty sure Legend of Dragoon was never interesting.

I'm not sure about that. Star Ocean 2 had some pretty craptastic dialogue.
To be fair, a lot of the early PS1 RPGs had some pretty horrible dialogue too. I can barely stand FF7 anymore.
I want to see more high quality mods of KOTOR 1&2
Most just add a new item or change color schemes, I want to see more indepth sidequests, somebody create new forcepowers, or heck even a whole game made in it.
Sure they use a heavily modified version of the aurora engine, but many things can still edited/created for it with the Neverwinter Nights editing tools, and there has been new tools created specifically for editing KOTOR, so alot more than items can be made.

-Upon replaying KH2 (which never ceases to have a fun factor), I never noticed how surprisingly sad the whole Sora/Roxas and Hayner, Olette, and Pence thing is. Nice move there by Square.
Also Sora isn't a bad protagonist. He has a surprising amount of personality.

-I prefer 2D RPGs to their 3D counterparts. But they are dying due to the need to the need for tons of polygons and hi-res graphics. This is also the same with other types of games, does this make me weird?
