CloseWell, I have nothing against an initiative like this no matter who it comes from, as long as it's an honest one. For people out there who receives real online harassment and their quality of life is actually having a negative impact because of it, a service like this can be very helpful.
That being said. The 'SJW' definition of harassment can be as petty as: "Someone said mean things to me." at best, and "Someone who I didn't spoke to first, spoke to me." at worst. Which is something that they can easily fix by blocking people or disallowing comments. And that's exactly what they do, and they do so unapologetically because the very idea of people with different ("bad") opinions is an affront to them. And I understand even this can get annoying, but this is not the type of harassment that the word: "survivor" should be associated with.
But anyway, I hope this is just my own cynicism trying to get the best of me. I hope this is truly an effort to help people who are genuinely at risk, or have been threatened/doxxed and don't know how to proceed, legally or otherwise; No matter what side of the fence they're on.

Zoe Quinn is gross. She is a bad person, to the degree that is disgusting. That is because she is a lying slut, and a whore. I can say that about one man without it demeaning all men. I can say it about one woman without it demeaning all women. I don't even feel she has personally wronged me in any way. It is just my objective assessment of her character from available evidence. Actually, "lying, sociopathic, self-aggrandizing, manipulative, emotionally abusive, scheming, megalomaniacal bitch" might be more on the nose. Is that better?

With this as that opposition, I'm surprised people take it seriously. The dude lost me at "feminist agenda", though my interest was rapidly waning when he started making all the *oh my gosh, me?!* faces.

I seriously can't imagine how awful it must be for these people to be terrorized & abused on a daily basis.

Well, there are some potential cons. Without going off the deep end, one could argue that Quinn could be potentially capitalizing from the media attention she's received, though to be fair, this seems to have come out after the scandal has died down. One could rightly call this an act of riding on her notoriety, but on the other hand, she could simply be turning a negative episode into something positive.
Edit: Okay, I'll just admit it. After the whole thread explosion, this discussion now feels really awkward.

She'd have to be pretty hard-hearted to decide to manipulate and exploit vulnerable people (in the same position as her, no less). I don't think she is some scheming cartoon villain rubbing her hands together with glee over all this.
