Close I just gained a window 8.1 computer, and I have no idea on how to get any of the games, if I need something special, I have a program called zip opener, but I don't really know what to do after I download them. Please and thank you.

When you download a game it normally is a zip file just extract it out and you probably should get a folder or a cube THE CUBE... If it is the cube click it and it works like a extractor NOTE windows 8.1 warns you about it not knowing about it just click more info and run anyways games in RPG Maker are normally either a dragon head icon or clearly named.

Do I need any programs to play them cause I just got The Wedding, and unzipped the file, but when i click on the game to play it, it says that the rgss rtp standard wasn't found. Please fully explain everything needed please and thank you. P.S. if you could simplify it for me cause I don't really understand it at all.

In this case, you would need what is known as the run-time package (more commonly refered to as "RTP") for the engine the game was made in. In the more specific case of The Wedding, the engine is RPG Maker XP, so you would need the RTP for RPG Maker XP. Which, from what I gather on the game-page, is included in the game's download.

Installing The Game:
Note: If you have already played the previous versions of this game (THAT INCLUDES THE DEMO) or played another RPG Maker XP game, skip Step Two.
For people who do not own RPG Maker XP you can still play this.
Step One - Extract the folder to your desktop (or where ever you like).
Step Two - Install xp_rtp104e. This is what contains most of the content.
Step Three - Extract/Install The Wedding by double clicking on it and placing it where you extracted the rar (should be set as default).
Step Four - Go to where you extracted/installed The Wedding and double click Game. Now enjoy!
Yep, most games here are made in various engines by hobbyist game devs, so sometimes getting them to run is a bit onerous, but if you run into any trouble, please ask! Someone will be happy to help you.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Some people aren't really releasing their game to anyone but other developers, so they choose to make the download smaller by leaving out the "RTP", a set of files that are common to almost all RPG Maker games. It's not a practice I'm a fan of, but it's a thing people do.
