People are allowed to say that they wouldn't pay for your work.

They are also allowed to point out that the maps you are showing as an example of your work have graphics in them that aren't original or that you don't have the right to call certain tiles your own when you didn't create them. Especially since you put them forward as an example of custom maps and graphics you've made.

I'm not 'believing' them over you. I'm trusting my own eyes - I saw the initial content you posted, remember? I commented on it when Tau did. It's not a case of belief but one of misrepresenting yourself.

I already told you that a good idea would be to point towards a game or project that you've worked for before so that people can see a good representation of a whole pack, by checking out the game. If you don't have such an example, it might be an idea to create a small sample game of your own or volunteer some maps for someone's game to show what you can do.

Lastly, I, personally, do not believe that what you've shown here is worth paying money for, especially since most people on this site can map better than that. You are explicitly saying you're a mapper - not a graphic-creator. You titled the thread as such and are trying to sell your skill at mapping. It's not wrong for people to expect your mapping to be a lot better than what you've shown so far, especially when you're trying to get people to pay you for it."

I own the rpg maker program. Therefore I own a liscense to sell anything inside that program. I own the rights to everything in the images...If you are going to sit here and nitpick what is RTP and what is not, then you are way off base. There is very little showing any RTP in the images. I detect a whole lot jealousy from you people as I get praised constantly for my work. This is the ONLY place I have been treated like this. I dont care what you people say now... you look at the fukin images and message me if you like them and if not click next.

Yes, you own the rights to use it commercially, but those you sell it to do not. In fact, you are not allowed to sell the RTP except in the case that you have used it in a game. I know this because I know people in Degica personally and have worked with them on various resource packs in the past. I know the EULA for RTP very, very well, so don't start acting holier than thou when you're doing the wrong thing.

Also, acting as though you MADE those particular tiles, by claiming things as fully custom, is wrong and gives people the wrong impression about your skill and who, exactly, to credit. God forbid some kid with no knowledge of RTP files only credits you for any maps made and gets into trouble for it. You have a responsibility as a creator to point out that you didn't make x or y tile. The fact that you tried to pass off the Inquisitor's and Mack tiles as your own creation is complete bullshit.

Perhaps this is the only place that matters if it is the only one that actually questioned your claims of creation. Seems that other places you've been selling don't know the proper credits that belong to the graphics in the maps, nor do they know good mapping from the sounds of it.

There's no jealousy here, make no mistake. People here are skilled enough in their own ways to not give two shits about some pissant who tries to pass other peoples' work as his own and/or his subpar mapping off as worth over hundreds of dollars.

You keep using that word, but I'm not sure if you know what it means. Not everybody sees eye to eye or shares your world view/likes/shoe size. That doesn't make everybody a troll.
