Here's a selection of my artwork, fresh from the scanner, coupled with some older stuff that members of Gaming World might be familiar with.
Now, this topic is image heavy, so dial-up users... What the hell are you doing on dial-up? This is 2008!
To start things off... It's Charizard!

On a less "Rawr!" note, here's some concept art for a webcomic I'm trying to get off the ground called Still Life
These are of the main character, Dan.

The leading, May.

A sketch for a background character

All the avatars I made for use on the site with the newsposts

A few of the finished issues:

Some weird, elongated alien dude who looks like he should be in Mass Effect.

GW fans will recognise this. It's my first ever 3D model! I made it for my end of year assignment back in May.

And to finish up, an old favourite of mine from back then, the most retarded fish ever!

That woman looks a lot like a man. Perhaps (s)he is? There's just something horribly manly about her/his build.
Yes, Shinan is quite right, she is pretty manly. Focus on smoothing the curves, making her hips/shoulders(the hips need to be SIGNIFICANTLY wider) closer in scale, and making her face more feminine.
Though my art is hardly the best example from a technical level, I draw a lot of stylized women that most people seem to think look attractive. I might suggest taking a look. Or just look up anatomy references online/find art from someone who draws better than me.

How to draw women:
Shorter, rounder faces
thin neck
VERY little appearance of the trapezius muscle (slope from neck to shoulders)
Chest / waist / hip ratio of 3:2:3
protruding hip/butt curve
fuller lower body than upper body
thin wrists
thin ankles
thin knees

You beat me to it.
I don't think anyone's mentioned this, but that's actually a pretty funny comic.
Ironically, out of all your people/humanoids, I think the 'background character sketch' is by far the best realized.
