Yes, to an extent. There are some forum changes that might result in some lost data, but I doubt it.
The overall design is very nice. Only problem(Which may be nothing as their no avatar in the corner area making it bigger) It seems a bit skinny being so far away from the edges like the current layout.

And that is really nice looking. I think the only thing that looks a little out of place is the black showing games, forums, etc. There's a black bar that suddenly "blends" with the blue/gray. It just looks odd I guess.
But yeah this is great. I like that layout a lot.

You can turn them off now.
go to the "who's online page" and click your name. You'll get a bunch of options to mess with.

Looking pretty sexy there. Nothing really remarkable, but I can't really compare it to the current manage game page since I haven't released anything yet.
