Whats the difference between RPG Maker 2003 and RPG Maker Tsukuru 2003?

I just realized they are two separated things on games section...

RPG Maker 2003 is legal.

RPG Tsukuru 2003 is not.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

The official English 2k3 version is out! The old, illegal version of 2k3 has been renamed to RPG Tsukuru 2003.

RPG Maker Tsukuru 2003 is the code name for an illegal rip of the official Japanese RPG Maker 2003. RPG Maker Tsukuru 2003 is illegal to use, but if you have the official Japanese RPG Maker 2003 or English RPG Maker 2003 and you can prove you got it legitimately you can make a game for $$$.

Edit:

RPG Maker Tsukuru 2003 was created because Enterbrain never made an English version.
