FINAL FANTASY: RECORD KEEPER

Yeah, I gave up on mastering Ifrit. Would be nice if the event itself offered more 3-star items that you could combine for decent synergy. I manage to get decent gear for most events just because of that reason, but FF14 offered like one sword and one light armor and that was it. The main reason I decided not to pull any items is because FF7 events happen all the time so I knew I'd get mileage out of an 11-pull there, but FF14 events or even dungeons are nowhere in sight so that shit can wait.

Absolutely smashed through the Zack event, though, due to some pretty sick synergy. Even though Sephiroth's weapon was only a 4++ Masamune Blade, he was still hitting just as hard as Cloud and Zack due to his high attack power and the extra bonus from being a 6-star item. I think my Tifa's Water Kick was hitting for like 7k x3 after just Armor Break against Ultima Weapon. For Proud Clod, Cloud/Zack were hitting for 9999 with Thunder/-ara Strike once I broke his codpiece. Characters were a bit squishy though since everybody had FF7 bracers--mostly 3++ with one 4++ Crystal Bracer (or maybe it was platinum?). Ultima Weapon could scratch Zack for like 3000+ damage and nearly one-shot him, but he only actually got that off once due to being slowed while my group was Booned and Zack was interrupting pretty successfully with Dismissal.

I think an Auron event is next, and I should do well enough on that. I have two 5-star armors including some shitty FFX shield that I only use for FFX stuff, and then some shared soulbreak bracers that have Shellga that I get a lot of mileage from, in addition to a 4++ Warrior Sword and Wakka's Blitzball. I also have a vanilla 4-star katana that I can stick on Auron that should do okay.

Approaching 50 mythril again. I have gobs of good FF6 gear but I might gamble it all on the Terra event anyway because I love that game.

I only did the 100-gem pull this time, and got a Betrayal Sword, which I'll hang on to for FF8 maps. I'm holding out for Bartz/Gilgamesh, personally. I should have 100+ mythril by the time that rolls around.

Sleep works in the Vaan/Ashe++ fight, so I rotated Sheepskin Coat back in as my roaming warrior for the next few. I have almost 100 Mythril now so I'll be doing an 11-pull on Terra's next event. I probably won't be able to resist doing a second 11-pull if I don't get anything cool, but I want to hold out for the FF13 event as well because I'm really lacking in that gear. For FF13, I have a 4++ Healer Staff or something named similarly and a PSICOM Rifle and that's it.

Super important: My Stamina is up to 125 now. Not that far off from clearing out the remaining elites.

I won't be pulling on that FF7 banner. Ogrenyx will come back and my FF7 synergy is ahead of the curve.

I actually have no idea just how good Setzer is. I hardly see him used in any videos I've seen. Same with Hope (and I've never seen Zidane's What's That!? either so I've no idea what it even DOES in this game). Amarant looks like he's going to be pretty good though, and of course Lulu is pretty good. But Yuna is sooooo freaking good from the looks of things. That Hymn of the Fayth, yo!

This topic makes me wish more and more that the phone emulator I had worked and didn't BSoD my computer (I had to remove it BECAUSE of it doing that...). T-T

Got my fifth character-specific item, so that's cool: Edgar's Partisan. No caster items at all, unfortunately. Made Locke my roaming warrior for awhile--I'm still holding a spot for him in my party for whenever I can break his level cap.
